Customer rep., Samantha, was so pleasant and knowledgeable about your Forever Car Warranty products. She did a great job in explaining the details of the Platinum Plan extended warranty that I had chosen. She answered all questions that I asked in a clear and concise manner. Compared to some of the other warranty company reps., Samantha was so professional and helpful in making my choice.

The process to establish coverage is fast, efficient & accurate. The peace of mind to know, your vehicle is “well covered,” is worth it.

It was great to be able to add the extended warranty. This is my 2nd car with Carvana and we had a 2 year extended warranty for it. We did not add the warranty with the purchase and regretted it, so I am thankful it was offered during the Carvana 100 day warranty. Thank You. The warranty is not perfect but close to it.

I was able to speak with one person, and all the information I needed to make a decision, and then they were able to help me access the plan I wanted, and it was all done very easily and very nicely.
