The doll came very quickly even though it was getting close to Christmas. The packaging is incredible. I couldn't wait to see my daughters face when she opened it on Christmas day

Aside from the beautiful dolls and amazing accessories, Forever Dolls provides excellent, 5 star customer service. Their communication, postage, attention to detail, and the dolls themselves are in a class of their own. Highly and strongly recommend this company, their staff and their products.

The quality of the forever Dolls is amazing, the soft touch body gives the doll a realistic and comforting feel, the accessories (brush and spray bottle the a perfect touch to maintain the dolls luscious long beautiful hair, the clothes are amazing and the details of the face are just beautiful the best high quality doll I have ever purchased, all packed in a high quality carry case perfect for any child to tuck in for a quick nap and for transportation, highly recommended

I’ve ordered a few times from this company, my first being Rebel and a few accessories. She is gorgeous and a doll I dreamt of as a child. The customer service is amazing, and I’ve always been receiving kindness. When I ordered a pack that came with shoes I already had, they happily swapped them out! As someone who despises doubles, that was an amazing accomodation to me. I do miss when they had accessory packs listed outside of the subscription box, so I hope so see that coke back!

I purchased Rebel for my granddaughter’s birthday & she told me it’s her favourite present. The quality & detail of the dolls is first class, & the hair is luxuriously soft. The customer service was exceptional as I initially made a mistake with my order but this was rectified quickly & efficiently. Postage was prompt & Rebel arrived beautifully packaged.

My daugher scrimped and saved for her first forever doll and choose the beautiful limited adition Star, we had some postage delays howver Emma, from forever dolls was with us the whole way ♥️ checking in with Sendle and making sure we received our purchase.

Upon receiving Star my daughter was in awww her hair was beautiful and the quality was so good we jumped back on and purchased a second doll for a Christmas gift and can't wait for Rainbow to arrive.
