When I first spoke to Dani I was at a low ebb trying to continue to fight mounting debts that due to covid 19 issues were causing a great deal of stress.She took me almost by the hand through all available options and introduced me to a solution to resolve matters.My issues were compounded by poor comms from some creditors but she showed immense patience.In a number of occasions bad planning by myself meant calls not answered and situation delayed.However all was completed and I enter my IVA with massive relief and want to state on record my appreciation to Dani who has been amazing.Thank you Dani

Dani was very helpful and patient with me. I was really indecisive and Dani answered all the questions I had and gave me really good advise.

Amazing help, so friendly and always on the end of the phone for help and advice. Would recommend to anyone. Dannii made me feel relaxed and like I was talking to a friend during the whole experience.
