I had minor issue with my watch after few months of usage and contacted Customer Service for Warranty and Claims, Morgan was more than helpful and very quick with his response and action. I am very much satisfied and happy getting a new watch replacement and the service provided. Cheers to you Morgan!!!

I own two Forge & Foster watches and can say the quality, feel and elegance is second to none. An excellent watch which I prefer to some of my more expensive watches.

What is great about this company is the customer service. After a few months, I had a little issue with one of the straps on the watch. I contacted the team and the customer service led by Morgan was fantastic. He helped me out and issued me with a new strap.

Would highly recommend and look forward to purchasing again!

Excellent customer service cannot fault the item or the service I have been provided. Purchased a Watch in July as a early Christmas present from my partner to me. When I received it for Christmas unfortunately was not working. I contacted customer service extremely helpful sent me a return label and sent me a new watch a day after I’d sent the watch back. There were no questions or assumptions this company is simple to use and supplies quality watches. Would definitely use again.

I am not only happy with this watch, I am pleasantly surprised as it is even nicer than I expected. I purchased the Avantian X Ghost in rose gold. The pictures and videos do not do it justice. The color is spectacular. The weight is perfect. I have been wearing it for a while and can say it is extremely comfortable. I happen to have a very skinny wrist, so the tightest setting is perfect for me. I can't wait to go out in public or to a business meeting wearing this watch. It will now be my go to. For the price, it seems worth at least 10x more than it is. Truly a great piece. You won't be disappointed.

Magnificent timepiece! My wife got me this for our anniversary and with a little help from very friendly customer service this came expedited! This timepiece is amazing. I read many good reviews and watched videos and it is a truly great. The automated movements is top notch with clear back is a very nice touch for luxury look. I was little concerned about the rose gold color and the weight of the watch but everything looks nice and sits very comfortably on my wrist being at least 110g. This watch looks and feels as if its worth $20k!! Love every second of it and highly recommend to all the gentlemen that craves a luxury.

Not only the quality and looks of the watches are superb, but what impressed me the most was the customer support. They went the extra mile to accommodate for what I needed. Thanks!

I bought my forge and foster watch a little over a year ago, I loved it, wore it probably 3-5 days a week (I work in an office so not overly active or high wear and tear). Unfortionately the clasp / buckle bit of the band broke off! I emailed Forge and Foster and they sent me a replacement strap free of charge. Couldn't be happier with this experience.

I was a bit sceptical at first having seen it on Facebook. However, decided to take the plunge and ordered the Spectre with stainless steel bracelet. Unfortunately, there was a delay as it had sold out in the UK, but was informed that they would send one from the US instead. This arrived after a few more days. Upon unpacking, I was impressed by the build design. However, the watch was faulty as the crown came undone when trying to adjust the time. I went on to their live chat (no response via email) and the agent got me to send a video showing the fault. Impressively, I was then immediately sent a return form and return label. I sent it back the same day and was told I could have an immediate refund or wait for new stocks for a replacement. I opted for the latter and was told I would be informed when it was being dispatched. Just over three weeks passed and I did indeed get an email to say it had been dispatched and the Spectre watch arrived the next day. I have to say I was very impressed as I was expecting to get brushed off. The watch is really well built and looks stunning. I have adjusted the bracelet and it feels really nice to wear and is really comfortable too.
Only giving 4 stars as I had a faulty watch that I had to send back and also had issues with responses via email.
To sum it up, I am extremely impressed with the watch and the customer services and would definitely recommend Forge & Foster.

I received my F&F VALOUR SERIES. Such is the quality of the watch that it puts some luxury watches to shame. It's design looks classy strong and sturdy. I am definitely getting another piece and would recommend it to my friends for own use or gifts. Delivery was seamless and customer service is tops.

Recently I feedback to FnF that the new Noble watch I bought, it's watch strap is too short. Thus I cannot wear it.
I m impressed with their customer service as they shipped a replacement longer watch strap once their inventory has restocked.
Really happy that I can now wear the Noble n show off to my friends. 😊

Morgan and the team over at Forge & Foster have taken care of me multiple times in terms of the products, questions and now CS. I like the style of these watches but they stand behind the quality too. Which is very important to a brand. I own 3 of them, well my dad has one! Fathers Day gift. But I’ve purchased the rubber band as well and it’s quality, F&F insignia on the clasp. I dig this company a lot and spread the word a lot. For $300 or less F&F does it right! Nice watches with neat complications. I literally get compliments on these all of the time. More so than my luxury watches which I find interesting. It’s really a great company with interesting timepieces and they take care of people. What else can you ask for in a product and brand. Thank you 🙏

Their customer service can teach teach all other t service companies how to best accommodate their customers! They respond promptly to every inquiry. Their products also represent an outstanding quality for the price. I recommend them without question!

Service is excellent! They are really prompt in replying any enquiries. The watch is fantastic. It is meant as a surprise gift for my husband and he absolutely love it! The watch is weighty and with quality. Nothing but praises.

The best watches i ever had , i have rolex and bertling too but forge foster ghost caught every ones eyes always , best watches and best customer services i have ever experienced. Have 2 watches already but surely gonna add more in my collection soon.
