The amount of generated leads has been surprising. If you are just entering the property market as an agent, then this app is definitely a good start. It generates leads, helps you organise the leads and nurture the relationship with the client. It also offers an AI interior designing application that will turn those drab and weary photos of a property into something much more attractive and sellable to the new clients. Overall, it a well thought off and holistic app that covers from the first step of meeting the client online, to eventually going for a viewing with client, on the same property listing that you made.
Another very important point is that the app creators welcome any suggestion that the users come up with, and are constantly fine tuneing the app to make it more user friendly and effective.

This CRM has completely elevated the way I present properties to my clients. It allows me to generate clear 2D floor plans, create furnished visualisations, and produce professional videos that bring spaces to life.

So far, it has been a great experience using this system. It is helping me stay organised with my clients. Would love to have a place where I can keep track of my follow-ups and some reminders.
