Firstly I've never subscribe to Formyhikes nor have I ever heard of them, they stole my card data while I was doing a purchase on SHEIN website and just like that €42 was gone from my account, I got an email congratulating me on receiving a free voucher to spend €42 on their website which is money that was taken from my account without my authority, at the bottom of the email was an unsubscribe link which I clicked on to go cancel, I still got another email saying I will be billed €42 in the next 3 days, after spending over an hour with their chat agent Lordvy who ended up the chat refusing to refund my money saying that it states on their website that there are no refunds, I told him hundred times that I've never heard of them, never visited their website my card data was stolen while on the SHEIN website they still refused to refund. After sending tons of emails I got an email from Imani saying I need to rate them 4-5 stars and avoid using words as Refund, cancel, unsubscribe only then will they refund my money, after I've stated that I will only do that once my money is refunded, I never received my money which was fraudulently stolen.
To add on this review the company only refunded €5 to my account and refused to refund the balance of €37 because 'I need to delete my review as it is ruining the company's image' yet the same company fails to understand the stress that they have putted me through of having to cancel my card, get a replacement, go back and forth with them fighting for my money which wasn't supposed to be deducted in the first place. As I am updating today the 26th of January 2025, I I have not been refunded my money because I stand firm by refusing to delete this review unless my money has been fully refunded.
Additional information, till today the 31st of May 2025 I still have not received my balance, I was only refunded 5 euros and because I refused to delete the review without my balance being refunded, I have not been credited my money for a service I did not sign up for nor used.
Update October 2025 I got an email from Alexandra and Anne asking me to delete my review as it 'negatively affects their brand' yet my money has not been refunded 10 months later, and according to them, the thing that's holding my refund is my review, they can only release my refund once I have deleted this review. They can keep the money, the review stays. This enterprise shouldn't even be operating as it doesn't follow any of the code of conducts and knows nothing about consumer acts. Absolutely disgusting considering they stole my card information.
Update after receiving emails last week saying my refund has been processed and will take few days, which was not done cause I still haven't received my money, I'm not back to square one again where Anne and her team are now sending me emails saying I must remove the review first, I qoute "Please note that the refund has already been initiated on our end. However, our system currently indicates that the transaction cannot be completed while a public review remains active. This is not a manual decision from our team—it is a system-related restriction that sometimes causes delays or prevents the refund from fully processing."
