four weeks for delivery,did not answer emails and i had to pay Royal mail for delivery which the sender did not pay.This was my first time using this company and it will be my last.

Very poor service
Very poor service - placed an order, got confirmation mail, rang a week later to see where it was and was told sorry we missed your order and anyway we don’t have any stock to fulfil your order. Disappointing as tried to support local small business

Unreliable
I placed an order for dog food which was confirmed via email. One week later it still had not arrived and when I called up they apologised that it had been missed......and anyway they don't have it in stock so she can refund me. Terrible service which is disappointing as I try to support local. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Wrong delivery but no follow up
I ordered a pack adult dog food but ended up having received puppy food after days of wait. Email was sent to follow up but no reply after 3 days.

Quality food which my dogs loved
Quality food which my dogs loved. As they prefer having raw foods that are chunky and not mushy. Very impressed and my dogs loved the food.😊
