Ive been working with jj for the past 4 months now, and honestly it was the best decision i've ever made. I've accelerated my business ten fold since starting with him and the accountability is unmatched.

Ive been working with jack for nearly 2 years now and i cannot fault fortis transformations one bit.

When I hoped on plan I was unhappy with my physique, I’d put on loads of weight and was lost as to where to start.

I’d been in and out of the gym with no direction and it lead to giving up over and over again.

But then I joined fortis transformations, within 6 months of training and support from jack I lost 25kg. Now I’m loving training and I’m working towards building my physique to be the best it’s ever been.

When joining the program I knew little about fitness and didn’t know where to start with my fitness journey all I knew was that I wanted to make a change.

From the very first call Jack provided clear guidance with realistic goals being set with a simple but enjoyable plan to follow allowing me to achieve my fitness potential.

Cant recommend fortis transformations enough,Jack's and the team are all ways on hand and only a message/call away if iv needed them ,iv sent over training footage and had feed back the same day ,my meal plans have been tweeked when ever iv asked for it to be ( I'm fussy)nothing has been too much trouble for Jack's, never felt or looked as good as I am at the minute and it's all down to the coaches at fortis transformations

Honestly the best in the business and couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone. Taken me from a position where I was carrying a lot of extra timber to achieving a six pack for the first time in my life and to be in a position to do a full on photo shoot.
