Fort Worth Critter Control Reviews 

My son had been hearing "things" in the attic above his bedroom. I had Critter Control out to check it out and critter proof my house. They didn't find anything, but checked my roofline and made repairs to make sure nothing could get in. 6 months later, more noises were coming from the attic, so I called them as they had a guarantee on their work. They came back and took a look, and to my (and their) surprise, found a raccoon and a couple of babies living in my attic. They came up with a plan, figured out how they had gotten in, made the proper repairs, and got them out. They were very professional and I would have no problem using them again!!

Critter Control was quickly able to establish an appointment to meet my timeframe, arrived promptly, listened carefully to my concern, examined my property thoroughly, and provided thoughtful advice. I will keep them on my "short list" of advisors and problem-solvers !

Discovering that I have an animal in the attic is scary and not knowing how I was going to get it out and keep it out on my own was a nightmare. I am so glad I found Critter Control. When I called to explain what was going on they listened and sent someone out to look at the problem two days later. The technician didn't just stand outside looking at the house; he went in the attic, looked at the roof line (with a latter) and walked around the house before he explained what the problem was as well as what my options were. After the work was done, I received a follow up phone call to ensure that there were no problems and that I was satisfied with the work completed. I like that a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about Critter Control, they do great work, have friendly staff, and get the job done right the first time. What more could you want.

The office couldn't seem to get the date right for service. This was just the first of many problems. They did not cover furnishings when extracting and spraying new insulation. Had heavey dust everywhere. One of the workers sat a drink down on an antique upright record player. Had to get the air conditioner duct work repaired since they knocked it down an the air conditionaer quit working. They finally paid for damage done by taking amount from bill but took several months to get this straigtened out. Their service is high in dollars for the work done. Would not use them again.

Well, I kept hearing noises in my attic. And then one day, I saw something furry caught in the eave of my house. It was a squirrel. I had an advertisement from Critter Control. I called them and they came out that day to carry off that squirrel and to inspect what repairs needed to be done. The following week, the cleanup was done. The workers were polite and efficient. Quarterly treatment for bugs, spiders, ants, etc. has been very effective.

After several weeks of hearing chewing and skittering about in my attic, I called Critter Control. I was imagining all kinds of terrible scenarios, such as squirrels chewing through wires, insulation, etc.

The consultant that I met was very courteous and knowledgeable.
He pointed out several places on my house that squirrels or other animals could be entering. He very explicitly told me the course of action that would be implemented to get rid of the pests, beginning with a one-way trap that would allow the animals to get out of my attic, but they would not be able to re-enter.

After two weeks, a crew came to my home, removed the trap and sealed any openings that animals might be using to enter my attic. Again, the crew was very courteous and completed their work in 2 to 3 hours.

Most importantly, I have not been bothered with any pests since!

Three days after I called they came out and took care of my Raccoon problem in my attic. Everything that needed repair was taken care of, even all nooks and crannies. With multiple people it took them less than six hours to finish the job which included cleaning and new insulation.

I contacted Critter Control after I heard squirrels in my attic. I contacted other companies, both roofing and pest control but none offered their services at less than twice what Critter Control's estimate was. Critter Control came out and fixed or replaced damaged wood, installed a cruelty free trap, and returned several days later to pick up the trap and complete the repairs. After the service, I heard squirrels in my attic again and found an area where a board had come loose, either on its own or as a result of the initial repair and service. When I contacted Critter Control they came back out and fixed the problem free of charge. Their prices, people, and service are great. If you have critters, big or small, I'd call them.

They provide a wide list of options to help contain your situation.

A raccoon chewed a hole in some weakened wood around my chimney and entered my attic. Other raccoons were soon to follow and it turned in to nightly fighting that kept people awake. At times the varmints sounded like they might come through my ceiling. I contacted Critter Control and they promptly came to my property and baited a trap. In just a few days, they were able to catch the gang leader of the raccoons. For some reason, all the raccoons must have left in fear of being trapped. I repaired the hole in the chimney and have had no problems since.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone with critter problems.

After the techs came out, we still problems. They came out many times. Appts had to be reschedule because of scheduling conflicts.

The house assessment, recommendations, and quality of work the day of the job was excellent. Project lasted longer than expected due to inadequate amount of supplies that were brought to the site. Follow-up inspection was promised 1 week after; commitment not met. I had to call the office 2 weeks later to schedule a follow-up, review of the work, and check of traps.

Had critters in the attic and garage. After one service call the critters were gone.

We heard some rats up in our attic as we had several years ago. We called Critter Control because we had used them in the past and were pleased with the results. Based on our previous experience we expected them to come out and find out where the critters were getting into the house , seal it up and remove the rats who were living in the attic. The Critter Control sales person said they were getting in through a couple of vents in the roof but he could solve our problem for a little over $ 3000. This included removing all of the insulation in the attic which he strongly recommended, and replacing it as well as stopping up the vents. When we pointed out it was double what we had paid a few years earlier when we had lots of areas in the soffit and around the grade beam addressed, he offered to make a substantial cut in the price. We called a local pest control guy who did not have a concern about the vents but found the real hole after a through search. I fixed the hole and he got rid of the rats. . We spent $ 150 and are happy. No more rats in the attic.

I had a great experience with Critter Control. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and know their business. The salesperson was on time and performed her inspection very thoroughly. She crawled into the attic with no hesitation. She provided a written estimate and explained their process. To accommodate my schedule, they rearranged some other appointments and began work just 2 days after the initial visit. The team that came out was to perform the service was on time and finished much earlier than expected. During their work, they took time to explain what was going on and show me the before and after. The did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The crew left no trace of dirt behind. Since the original work day, they have come out twice to review the work and check for any new problems. I would highly recommend Critter Control.

I had a huge infestation problem with opossums getting in my attic all over my roof
and Phillip came out and took pictures to show me where the problem areas were and that I WAS actually "hearing" things! I set up the day and they came out and all day worked on cleaning my attic and spraying it with disinfectant and resprayed the insulation. They did a great job! I called a couple more times when I thought I heard bumps but it was the possums trying to get in the cages that Critter Control had put over some of
the pipes on the roof. I have really appreciated their work and feel like my house is cleaner and more protected Thanks Critter Control and definitely Phillip!!!

Critter Control arrived on time and performed as promised. Squirrels in the attic are now gone!

Critter Control removed the old insulation and replaced it with new insulation. And they sealed the house. I have not seen any squirrels yet. Not even in my yard.

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all manners. They dealt with my situation very quickly and discretely. The technician that came out was friendly and knowledgeable regarding my situation. Since working with this company I have not had any more problems! I am extremely satisfied with the service provided!

They arrived per their scheduled appointment time. There were approximately 8 workers and they worked continuously. The workers wore booties to keep your floor clean, took every precaution during this process.
