We had to deal with Mr Gupta (of fossil consultancy) because he booked a course for a staff member and he was very rude to one of our staff over the phone.
We apologised to Mr Gupta and explained we need didn't have enough students to cover the cost of the course on this occasion, therefore the course couldn't run. Due to this, we refunded him in full after booking the course last week.
Any business running courses that aren't financially viable isn't going to last long, so we have fair terms and explained the situation in good time.
He believed the course should run regardless, which simply isn't possible or realistic and left a one star review claiming they had, "waited for the course for long time." This is absolutely not true when the course was only paid for a few days ago.
It unfair to use a misrepresentation of the truth in order to attempt to devalue the reputation of another company,
