A great service, that I have already made my money back on and more. Savings. on flights and the associated earned points at a higher rate has already covered the cost of membership. Elevated rewards membership has provided other benefits that add value to my business, but don’t necessarily have associated costs, like late checkouts and hotel Concierge services only available to higher level rewards members. Improvements could be made in the business services benefits as most are only available to new customers, but there are no benefits to existing loyal partner customers who are also Founders Club members. The new AI Concierge is helpful, but an in person Concierge on chat could be more useful especially for elite members.

I had an issue with the gift card and it was resolved fairly quickly. Did not realize I had to do follow up email to have the card sent, and that has led to an extended amount of time. Still very happy with the support I received after I picked the wrong gift card on accident. The subscription is very very nice if you use enough of the products. It’s very hard to find usable ones most of the time. I purchased the card for one specific perk and after a year they canceled that perk. It’s very hard for me to stay with a long-term when the value isn’t necessarily there for the price that I have to pay.

FoundersCard is not a credit card; however, you probably do not need another credit card. What you can really use are savings on things you do while operating your business. FoundersCard is an ideal tool for making business operations and travel both less costly and more enjoyable. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Founders Card has something a lot of travel upgrade firms don't have,customer reps who care about you. They offer a trial membership so check them out. I have not been able to use FC due to a family illness but my trial experience was good,no pressure to upgrade and questions answered sometimes same day.....

So far what they say it's what's you get. The upgrade or credit that I asked are already in my account or apps.

Love all the travel perks! Alaska airlines and Southwest discounts will pay for the card itself!
