I have ordered many door wreaths and garlands from Clare. They are always very beautiful and are full of flowers which receive many compliments. Deliveries are always on time and lead times are detailed on the website. I have recommended Clare to many of my family and friends and would not hesitate to recommend her again. Thank you again Clare and look forward to seeing new autumn and winter designs in the coming months.

I have ordered before and was very happy although orders did take a while to arrive. This time I ordered and paid on the 14 February and had to make numerous requests as to where my order was and was given different excuses each time. It was sent maybe customs can we have your email address again can you confirm your address again. No address on parcel will send it again and so on . Very disappointing. Eventually asked for a refund and in fairness was issued it immediately although not the full amount which I’m waiting on a response as to why that was.

Beautiful company will definitely be ordering again soon. Love my hanging baskets. Very helpful from beginning to end x

I ordered a wreath and hanging basket from this small business recently and cannot recommend the quality of the product and service provided enough! The flowers are beautiful and so realistic! I’ve had nothing but comments from friends and family who’s been visiting / walking past the front of my house! Service was quick - no issues. Good communication - definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon!

I honestly cannot recommend Fowle Hall Flowers enough. Clare is a one-woman business who hand makes every single order herself, and the attention to detail and care she puts into her work is incredible. Whether it’s faux flower wreaths, garlands or bespoke arrangements, everything she creates is absolutely beautiful and made to such a high standard.

You can genuinely see the love, time and effort that goes into every piece she makes. Supporting small businesses like this is so important, especially when the quality and service are this amazing. Highly, highly recommend 🤍

I ordered a wreath mid-March, for a value of well over a 100 euros. The website indicates that orders can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped, and that they'll send an email to notify you when the package is on the way.

At the two-week mark, no email. I wait again over a week, just in case they've run into some delays, but with still no update, I decided to contact them by email - no answer. I contact them a couple of days later via the chat on the website, and they finally get back to me. No apology for the delay, just some vague excuse that they were away for a couple of days and that their husband, who was in charge of shipping in the meantime, somehow couldn't make sense of my postcode.

I wait another week, and it's once again radio silence. So I send another message asking if there's any updates on the shipping. They respond that they took some more time off, and ask for my email address - I assume they might check on my order and see if it's been fulfilled. They also reject the blame on customs, upon which I reply that customs would usually notify me pretty quickly that I need to pay for a package. No more responses after that.

I waited a few more days (at this point we were at the month and a half mark after I ordered), and upon receiving no further response, asked for a refund. They didn't bother answering, just issued a refund fairly quickly, which is the only reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one. But the fact that they refunded the money so quickly leads me to think that the wreath was in fact never sent!

Edit: the owner contacted me on my private address and asked me to modify or take down my review (they were on fact quicker to act on this than giving me updates on my order...). I can appreciate small businesses having difficulties with shipping abroad, but if that is the case it should be stated on the website. I would have happily waited longer, if it had been clearly expressed that more time was needed to fulfill the order. Instead I had to chase for updates, and said updates implied the order was close to being shipped or had already been shipped. I'm sure the products are of the highest quality and made with care, but for customers that don't live in the UK, I cannot recommend this business.
