Excellent product. Better than the original remote from LG.

Still haven't received my remote control even after not complaining as though problem might be Christmas break or strikes. But still no remote

I ordered the specified replacement for my malfunctioning (9 years old) Samsung TV remote and was sent a different remote which had a much shorter range and was rather slow. So I ordered again and this time was sent the specified replacement which works perfectly. (I didn't bother to send back the incorrect remote.)

Well despite any positive feedback you can read here,this is up to date on 2nd December 2022.
Their card payment on line page does not work , also called their helpline number 0871 268 2656 and it’s disconnected! Just brilliant way to run a company, no explanation message on website, nothing hopeless company, avoid, avoid!

Quick delivery and worked straight out the box as described. Great little unit and simpler to use than LG version!

It took a few days to come through the post but the controller works well and we had no trouble with the company.

I got a completely different and wrong invoice at the beginning but that was quickly sorted by their support. I appreciate it, thanks!

Sceptical about a non genuine replacement, but the quality is excellent and would go as far as saying better than the original.

Unfortunately Royal Mail lost my remote control somewhere within their organisation, even more annoying the remote was the last one of its kind that Foxtek had in store. As they didn’t have a suitable alternative Foxtek quickly refunded the cost of the remote. Their customer services were very prompt and helpful throughout.

Product as described and was despatched promptly, postage took a while but it was just before Xmas.

So glad I found this website! Upgraded our main TV but kept the previous one that we've had a few years (Bush smart TV bought cheap when moving house), remote was broken for at least a year but were making do with controlling via PlayStation as don't really use aerial/live TV anyway. Now that TV is moved to another room so no way to control without the remote, tried 'universal' one from argos which did not work, bit of research suggested it may be as the remote we bought was an older model but still being sold and may not be compatible with smart TVs. It was pure chance I saw this website when looking for smart-compatible remotes and also found out Bush and Hitachi are essentially now one and the same (owned by argos), searching replacement Hitachi remote gave more results and more importantly the specific one needed. Much easier than setting up a universal one, just put in the batteries and worked immediately - great to finally have a working one again, reasonably priced and arrived in about 3/4 days right before Christmas which I wasn't expecting. Would buy from here again if I needed and would recommend to others :)

Delivery on time, works exactly as its replacement.

Excellent value for money and arrived on time.

Samsung remote control good value and arrived quickly but not quite as responsive as the original one and some buttons lack the little bobbles that make it easier to find where you are on the remote. Still pleased with it though.
