I have been trying to get a hold of someone to inquire about the status of my two orders from early November yet have not yet received a response or shipping update (3 weeks later). How do you get ahold of anyone from this company? Ridiculous.

Smooth skating. I love these skates. Best gift I have ever gifted myself.

These slippers are amazing! So comfy. I have wood floors so they help keep my legs from hurting so bad.

Fast shipping, supper comfortable and great quality.

The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

I received my order in damaged conditions. Contacted immediately after receiving. I did not get an apology; only send photos. I provided several photos. I followed up due to no response or instructions as to how this issue was going to be resolve. I still have not received response. This is not acceptable and show poor business ethics. I've filed a complaint with FTC 166430319. I will also be filing complaint with the state Attorney General Office. This will lead for an investigation questioning this company business practices

When the skates arrived I thought they were of better quality, I may have ordered the wrong material, very disappointed will be returning.

This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

I love them but when they arrived my wheels were messed up. Definitely didn’t go through quality control before shipping out

Somehow I ended up with a size 5 instead of a size 8. Really unsure how this error occurred considering I was looking at color after color in a size 8 specifically and they were all sold out. So I went with the only color available at the time. Customer service told me I had to pay the $15 to ship back the size 5 and get the correct size. Really annoyed with the lack of consideration from customer service.

I haven’t received my skates yet but the customer service alone has been amazing. The response time and kindness shown has been so comforting knowing I’m being taken care of!

Just great prices didn't have to wait too long for product delivery. My slides are cute nobody has that style

I bought a pair of skates that did not end up fitting appropriately so I contacted customer service and reported that I would be returning the skates. The order number is #122373. Customer service was responsive regarding the return process. However, I have still not received a refund for the skates! I have emailed customer service a couple of times over the past two weeks and still not heard anything back.

Skates fit for the most part, and they look like they were pictured on the website

They are beautiful, I had a delay with shipping but I contacted them by email and had excellent customer service, I immediately received answer and solution.

The skates are beautiful, I bought Lavender Dreams Roller Skates, the color is spectacular, super cute, made of excellent material, it fits me perfectly and Inside it is padded. I loved them.

We can't wait to use the tool when we go skating to achieve to right speed. 😀

Inadequate customer service and wrong order
I originally ordered the Midnight charcoal skates in a size 9 back on September 1st. After not receiving an confirmation email with the shipping information for several days and since there is no phone number where you can speak with someone personally, I emailed the company. Eventually I received an email reply informing me that somehow the skates I ordered were out of stock and that I could choose a different pair instead. I did not want a different pair so I choose to wait for the midnight charcoal skates to be restocked. I was told that they would not be back in stock until the end of October. Long story short after several frustrating days of not receiving proper communication from Foxy Skates and receiving conflicting information regarding what in the world was going on with my order, I eventually received a shipment confirmation email telling me that my “midnight charcoal skates” were being shipped out and that they would arrive on 9/29/23. Well, I did receive a shipment today but guess what?! It was the wrong skates of course! They sent me the Wicked Black skates instead of the Midnight Charcoal skates that I ordered. I am beyond frustrated with this company and they’re lack of adequate quality customer service! I have never had this much difficulty in ordering skates before! I will return these and hopefully I can EVENTUALLY receive my original order of the Midnight charcoal skates! After that I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company!
