Absolutely Love Foxy Skates I own 7 pairs! The skates are well made and are super cute .They are very comfortable the wheels feel very smooth while skating ..the style and colors are one of a kind ! Will definitely buy another pair. Keep making cute skates !

Love my skates!! Very stylish and comfortable.

Foxy Skates is difficult to communicate with since they don’t have a phone number. I paid extra to expedite my skates to ship within 2-3 days and I ended up getting it a week later and I wasn’t able to use my skates for the party that I was planning for. They have a terrible customer service!

My daughter loves the skates. She doesn't want to take them off. Lol. Good quality and sporty skates. She has gotten many complaints at the park.Thanks.

I ordered the black skates from the OG collection not realizing that they were pre-order. I emailed over the weekend from the contact us page about when I should expect them and that Sunday I received an email offering my other options. I selected a new pair and they were shipped out as soon as I choose another pair. I received them very quickly and I can't wait to use them. I'll definitely be ordering another pair.

Your site allowed me to order something that was out of stock. I never received any info about that until I reached out because I never received anything. When I was told the item was out of stock I checked the website and lo and behold it still showed the item and size as something you could purchase. Waste of my time all because you dont update your website to reflect your current stock.

Bought these for my daughter's birthday and she loves them. They fit and work great, are comfortable and stylish.

The skates are wonderful for the price. The wheels are smooth, the skates are true to size and I love them. The only thing I don't like is the horrible smell of the material of the shoes. I had to let them air out in the garage for about 2 weeks. Also the sole or shoe cushions are not that soft and thick. So buying insoles may be a good idea. However, the overall performance and speed of the skates are outstanding. I love these skates and I will buy them again. Best skates for the price.

I paid for fast shipping, and I got the product 10 days later, the wheels are not even in color so I am returning which means i have to pay shipping again for a product I will not keep.

Great customer service!! Mel with Foxy skates has been so awesome. My friend and I had two separate orders. My friends was on back order and we didn’t realize it. They responded quickly to my email and rushed a different color to her. My skates were too small and needed a bigger size. Mel answered all my questions promptly and patiently and put a rush on my new order. Thank you so much! My friend and I can’t wait to use our skates!

The skates are great! I roller skate every morning through the neighborhood and they are awesome outdoor skates! I got exactly what I ordered and the fit is perfect. I'm so glad I got them!

Ordered a pair for my Granddaughters 17th birthday and she was absolutely delighted!!! The shipping was prompt. I had a slight issue with the order but they responded in less than 24 hrs and took care of the issue immediately. Fantastic customer service!

Beautiful well made skates and excellent service

I ordered wicked black skates, order shipped super fast- got it within a week. However- i didn’t get the skates i ordered- i got WHITE ones with pink wheels. I did get my extra laces i had ordered- they were specifically for the BLACK skates i ordered but NEVER got. I was offered to exchange them- but NOW they are on “pre-order” & i did NOT want to wait for them & test my luck at Not getting the right color again. Doubtful I’ll order again, since i didn’t get what i wanted with my FIRST order.
