Foyr is an amazing platform. It is so easy to use and learn. Because of Foyr I get to wow my clients with quick renders and walkthroughs. Their catalog and features are pretty great too. I definitely do recommend it!!!

The customer service is top tier. From swift live chat support to follow up emails and more. To be specific Abdul was an amazing help to me. He actually went the extra mile to send over a recorded video to further explain how to troubleshoot my problem - whilst fixing it for me.

Foyr Neo has helped me grow my business immensely. I never used 3D in my client pitches before due to the effort and difficulty levels in producing a 3D drawing but Foyr Neo has made it super easy for me to convert my 2D floor plans into 3D which has definitely been a WOW factor for my clients!

Same as many others. Try to cancel the renewal and couldn't do it. They said they send me an email with a notice to allow me to cancel or renew. I never received that email. Terrible customer service, thay are not friendly or helpfull.

This software has been a revelation for my design business. I started off with drawing a few floor plans and taking the odd render but now it's my go-to design tool. I really benefitted from the training class. The product support is a bonus, not many design software offer it.

I am not a designer and I found this app easy to use. It helped me draw a floorplan of my new apartment and arrange the furniture. I came up with a layout for a small room that holds a lot of furniture and I never would have thought to try it without using this tool.

I truly love and have made a lot of good money off of your software, I love using it and it’s an imperative part of my design process.The new version has great features & amazing render quality.

I have been using Foyr Neo for the last 2 months. I designed my own kitchen in an easy way. There are many default kitchen designs and templates from the inspirations. 4K Rendering is very fast. Really great tool to design your home and kitchen in the fastest way.

GARBAGE! They let you use the free trial to build a room but then when you try to design it there is no selection of products to use so they require you to upgrade. Luckily I only did the monthly subscription because when I upgraded their selection still sucked, their software was buggy and not intuitive, and when I tried to cancel after less than a day of being frustrated trying to design my kitchen they refused to give any refunds. I wasted 50 dollars and a bunch of time on worthless software. Don't make the same mistake.

THIS PROGRAM/COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Don't bother trying to even subscribe to this company or using their software in the first place.
They make it so difficult to unsubscribe they bring you to several pages of "Why are you unsubscribing and offer weird deals and pages" so freaking stupid, then after that when you do unsubscribe on their page, they still charge your card and then refuse refunds. I swear you can find better companies that function the same and/or just learn using adobe etc, I rather spend more time pulling my hair out trying to learn how to render on my own, then ever initiate service from a company that's an actual freaking scam.
They also don't send you payment reminders which is standard good business practice but clearly the founders etc of this company are trying to rip off as many people as possible.
Please hand over your company to someone else who knows how to run it. You're just crashing your own company to the ground.

This entire company, and their software, is a scam. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. The software is NOT intuitive and is completely useless. It has all the utility of playing dollhouse or Sims- it's a complete joke.. NO ONE in the real industry uses this. Learning to use their software is not a transferable skill and is a total joke. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Learn a free program like SketchUp that designers in the industry actually use

The best Software so far for complete designing. It saved me immersive amount of time on renders, I used to outsource and the cost was far more higher with the need of endless back and forth follow ups for iterations. Neo definitely saved my time and energy.

The program is great and I love the 24 hour support. My only complaints are the constant back to back calls, text messages, the pushiness to leave a review, they kept trying to get me to subscribe to a package, and apparently the support team are not good at communication because I’ve been offered the masterclass training about 6 times when I’ve already taken it. The constant calls have become so much that I have put them on block, but then they called from another number (usually a NY number)…I had to block that one too. My review is based on my experience, and I see other users have experienced the same thing with the calls.

The software is great, but they can be very irritating and pushy with forcing people to write a nice review, I know this because a few of my colleagues who have used the software have told me that they were approached too.

I do recommend Foyr for the software and the customer support and the amount of help you do get upon joining, but just know that you will be contacted several times till no end and they will leave voicemails, send texts, emails, and then hang up and call you right back. These calls are sometimes early in the morning like before sunrise and throughout the day. Once you download the demo, it’s game time for them. Once you you’ve been on the platform for about 2 months, you will be asked to give a nice review not a true review, but a positive review for points/credits.

I’m no longer subscribed because I’m looking at other options. Again, I do recommend Foyr, but set your boundaries early. -Jasmine

Many think it's an actual photo of the space. One amazing feature is the ONLINE help! They are very professional and respond quickly. I rate it 10/10 !!!

FOYR....we have received no response to our numerous emails, phone calls regarding our unwanted renewal for the Neo subscription. Unacceptable customer service on your part. Still waiting for a refund. Circa Interiors

Love It!!!!

This was a one time home design project ( as I do commercial spaces) - I used Neo for a first design pass and it was perfect. I have recommended Neo to many other friends. I like the product a lot for quick and easy visualizations and planning - keep up the good work!

Very user friendly, just wish it would be easier to re access my foyr commune profile. Not sure how I can access my profile.

14 calls, 7 messages and 8 emails so far CONSTANTLY asking me to subscribe. Annoying and definitely won't be subscribing.
