Customer Service is really bad…I try to get in contact with Frame over a week to return an item…and there are just not helping me I guess I have to sit on a jeans which doesn’t fit…really annoying 😩

Never shipped my "great Xmas deal" after weeks of back and forth. Pretty lousy company with friendly customer service is the deal here. I'd stay away.

I love my frame jeans. I wonder if these people with negative reviews actually bought from the frame official website https://frame-store or the knockoff/unofficial site I’ve seen online which is store-frame.com - beware of the latter!

Bought a pair of Frame jeans less than 6 months ago and wore them 5 times max. They ripped along seam on the outer leg when I crouched down yesterday. I’ve contacted Frame and they’ve said to contact store instead and that this might is ‘expected wear and tear’ I love jeans and usually don’t mind paying £££ for good quality pair but this quality is subpar. This should not happen with such light wear and in such short amount of time. Will not buy from them again.

This company is a fraud. They have expensive jeans and zero sales or customer service online. They are tied to the SHOP app which forces a purchase without any purchase review. You can't reach anyone at Frame. It took 24 hours for someone to reply to my request to cancel an order with 5 minutes of Frame confirming the order via Shop. Their reply a day later was they can't cancel a purchase even though their website has an option to cancel order. They said they would try to contact the warehouse. But they were closed all weekend. I said if you and the warehouse are closed all weekend then how can an order be processed if no one is working.. today on 6/17 they shipped the item that I asked to cancel. They just want your money, they don't make any effort to help you and in this era of virtual e commerce how is it that they can't stop something 5 minutes after it was ordered but can also automatically ship it.

Worst experience with customer service. Arrogant and non helpful. I hope a return is not this painful

This review is about Frame Jeans and their customer service.
I tried a Frame jeans at JL, London. The size was good but they didn’t have it in black. So I ordered 2 online from their website. The blue jeans were OK but the black was at least a size bigger (although both were 27).
After only one wear, the black has become two sizes bigger. Not fit to wear it alone and with a belt it bulges like a potato sack. Unfortunately, by the time I tried them it was after the return period (I was outside the country). What a waste of money!

Their customer service best shot on this : »we recommend ordering multiple sizes as we’re offering free returns » « are you able to take the jeans to a local tailor? »

Hold on a minute, the two jeans that I ordered were the same model in two different colours. So even for the same model, they do not have any consistency in sizes. What’s then the purpose of offering goods online.

I shall not be wearing Frame again, as a matter of principle.
If you would, avoid their website orders but before you do so, read all reviews in here. I wish I have done so.

Update:
Although I had unsubscribed, an email from Frame claiming a 60% offer/sales. Not accessible on their website and no signs of sales were visible on their website. Out of curious validity I contacted them to ask..never got a reply. Something is definitely not right with this dealing. I cannot post photos showing the non existing email offers. I trust I am not the only one who received this misleading information.

Frame corduroy trousers are the worst quality orf corduroy you will ever find. I just can't believe how they colour their fabrics that at every washing the colour of the pants is all in the water...thick and heavy. Obviously somewhere in China where nobody checks on regulations and on ingredients. Had to throw them away after only 2 months as it looked like they used unhealthy colorants probably dangerous for health. I have at least 6 pairs of corduroy from different brands (CK, Mango, Zara, Loro Piana etc...none of them are soo badly during washing as the pair from Frame) V poor quality. Will never buy anything from them again.

Bought Frame pants that were really expensive. However, they were damaged after only a few time wearing them. When I reached out to them to find a solution, they said it was just the normal "wear and tear" and that they could not do anything about it. Which is unacceptable for such expensive trousers... As I see the other comments on this website, I'm not the only one with such bad experience with Frame...

I already wrote a review on this company to say after months they never refunded the jeans. We are now a year down the line and I have tried everything to get hold of this company and they simply do not answer calls or emails. They are fraudulent. Do not buy from them.

My $288 pair of pants had a hole in them after a handful of washes, I complained to Frame corporate and was told that a hole was normal after a few washes. Unbelievable. Do not buy.

The $248 pair of denim cutoffs split up the front after four washings due to the design of where a patch pocket was placed in proximity to the fray. Frame refuses to stand by its products when defective. Look at its website and you will not find a warranty statement. Look at Mother jeans in the other hand tans they have a one year warranty. Don’t buy Frame.

I placed an order on Feb 5th; they debited my card and the order is still unfilled. I've written, texted and tried to call, but still ZERO service. This is the worst experience I've had with a retailer and will never order again. Do not TRUST this vendor.

Same experience as the others reviews below. My account hast been debited but more than 2 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. They're not responding to my email ( and I have waited a week...).
Just sent them a text, as there is no phone number ( very convenient...).

This company are fraudulent. My daughter bought a pair of jeans from Frame and they did not fit. She requested a return label by email which she got. I then posted the item as instructed but that was nearly 2 months ago and there has been no money refunded. If you call the number on their website it rings once then goes dead and we have emailed at least 7 times and they never respond. The jeans were really expensive and supposed to be a really special purchase but my daughter now feels betrayed by this fraudulent company.

I placed an order for a product. The money was taken from my account and I received an email saying the item had shipped.
However tracking details state that FedEx have not yet received the package, and it has been sitting at this status for a week now. There is no telephone number to call customer service and I have emailed 3 times with no response, despite their website saying they will respond within one day. Their
website also states that orders will either ship same day or the following day. This has also not occurred. This is my first time ordering with Frame, and it will be my last. They do not follow
their own policies and customer service is non-existent. Awaiting resolution.

Same thing ordered charged and they never shipped. No one gets back to you no phone number to call. Scammers! Beware

Frame Denim shipping and customer service is beyond terrible. If I could give '0' stars, I would. They say they shipped your item and give you a shipping label and then it just sits in their warehouse and they actually charged my card when it never shipped! Then they outright lie to you when you finally do get a email response. They blame it on Fed Ex not updating their status.... for 5 entire business days! LOL. Even the Fed Ex rep laughed when I told them that and offered to speak with a Frame customer service rep to explain all of this to them. But alas, very conveniently they no longer have a customer service phone # so forget that. Save yourself alot of trouble and do not shop Online with Frame Denim. I started a Charge dispute with my bank already. It's a shame because I love the jeans. I'll just stick with ordering them from a reputable company like Neimans, Nordies or SAKS.

The Frame Store on San Vicente in Brentwood is excellent! Monica has been there for many years and is awesome!!!
I have brought many projects there- and recently I brought a painting that was very difficult to frame as I wanted. Monica solved the problem, and within the budget that I asked. Tremendous customer service! Would recommend highly

Shocking company with fraudulent activity. If you Buy from this company please be aware that they won't refund you for anything that is wrong with the items. They are disgraceful in their practices.
