I have loved ordering from FrameUSA and have done so numerous times and the frames have always turned out amazing and delivery has been quick!

Great product, fast delivery

Not as good as you used to be...........sloppy cuts on plexiglass. At least one 10x36 piece of plexiglass has a 2" crack that will show past the frame. Lots of sawdust in between frame and plexiglass. Had to clean it all up on every frame before I could frame my photos. Not very happy now that Craig's has gotten hold of Frame USA.

One frame was broken upon delivery, but your CS dept was prompt with a replacement. Overall the poster frames were as described.

Great quality product. Fast delivery and very well packaged. Instructions for putting everything together were thorough and easily followed.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a frame for a client at $224. Please understand that I order product 24/7. I understand quality v. Price. I didn’t expect the Taj Mahal, but I expected it to be reasonable quality. It was not. If I were going to estimate the actual cost of this product…that I am certain is from China, at $10. No really.

Several frames were damaged in transit, the result of mid handling. Replacements were sent, but one of them was damaged, as well. I know they left the facility in good condition, but I question the build quality.

I was really worried about these frames being damaged during shipping, but they were very well packaged and turned out awesome!

These frames are really easy to use, as well as being light yet sturdy. Shipping time was really quick.

The frames and mats were custom size and perfect. Everything I was hoping for! All 4 styrene sheets were damaged upon arrival. Fram USA immediately sent me new styrene. This second shipment also arrived with scratches and damage. I gave up and went to our local hardware store to buy glass. I lost some money on this order but didn't want to deal with another round of junk styrene.

I am very pleased with the frames and pre-cut mats I ordered, The photos look really good in these frames. It was easy to work with these and made he framing process easier.

I received two of 5 custom frames with all corners separated. These were badly constructed and they did not have quality control oversee anything. These company will not be responsible for the defective frames, because I called after 30 days. Buy beware! They look like poorly constructed ikea frames that I spent too much money on and will not have to go to a landfill. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful and when I said I’d write a negative review she said “I won’t help you now because you’ve threatened me.” A negative review is the only recourse I have. I said nothing rude to her at all. Horrible quality of product, no oversight, and bad customer service.

I recently ordered three custom frames from FrameUSA. I asked to combine shipping and then called to combine shipping, and they still charged me for shipping twice. I also got two custom mats. Both of the mats that they sent were of the incorrect dimensions.
