It saddens me to think that people make money from our heritage like this, these photos should be available for all to see use and enjoy, without paying silly prices. it is why this country has no pride anymore. we just cant afford too!. COPYRIGHTING OUR HERITAGE IS THEFT. HANDS OFF OUR PICTURES! SIR FRITH WOULD TURN IN HIS GRAVE!

The website was excellent and I found what I wanted quite easily. My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was a gift for my daughter and husband on moving into their new home. It is so interesting to be aware of the history of the area; and a good talking point with friends and visitors. They love it! Thankyou.

Unfortunately the photograph that I ordered was incorrectly numbered so received the wrong item I discovered when I rang the company . With the help of Francis Frith, I was able to find the most charming and atmospheric 1920s photo of the street where my son and his family have recently bought a Grade 2 listed cottage. The upper storey of the cottage can be clearly seen above a brick wall that is still there, with the listed pub a little way down the road, and the cathedral in the distance. They were absolutely amazed and thrilled with this special gift, which is already a treasured heirloom. The people at Francis Frith were wonderful, patiently answering my many questions and taking the greatest care to make sure everything would be exactly right. The photo arrived very quickly after I ordered it, packaged beautifully. My enormous thanks to them!
