Franklin maintenance have been excellent.

They have done a couple of jobs around our home and I cannot fault them. The Job's were priced reasonably and they were realistic with their timings of when they could start and how long it would take and everything was done as expected. They cleared up after themselves as well so there was no mess.

They did Jobs in the house and garden and we were pleased with all of it. Would highly recommend.

Patrick and Paul have carried out a number of jobs at my home and have unfailingly completed work to an exceptional standard. Communication is great and they are both extremely personable. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with all work done for me, both in the house and in the garden....very professional, friendly and high standard of work. I have used Franklin's several times. My front garden had a new gravel bed laid 5 years ago and not 1 weed has grown through!! Thank you, will definitely use your services again

Paul has done a list of different jobs to my house over the years, from small paint jobs, new bathroom extractor fan, complete overhaul of my old halogen downlighting throughout my home, doors, boundary fencing, sourcing leaks, resulting in roof work,
I'm about to have him back for further fencing with gravel boards to the front.
I like that I can go to work and leave them to it, trusting that they're being resourceful, on my part.
Mum had a new ensuite fitted by them, and only due to health conditions had to change the bath not long after. The new fitters (large national company) actually said "whoever completed this work was very good!"
Honestly, Some of his quotes are not the cheapest, and I have used a check a trade type firm in an emergency, only to find myself embarrassed for the botch job I paid for.
I was recommended him for fencework way back in 2018 I think, although the date box won't allow me to set that year as a date.

They arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. A very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have been working on several different properties for me doing a variety of works. All their work is to an extremely high standard and they are reliable and hardworking. They also produce detailed quotes and invoices and always stick to the prices quoted.

Paul and Patrick have worked with me for over twenty years in one way or another. They’re brilliant at coming up with clever ways to bring my ideas to life.

They’re friendly, efficient and always deliver. Genuinely saved my ar$e on a number of occasions.
