Very responsive and accommodating service throughout the buying process. Vanessa was very helpful in every step!

The estate agent, Vanessa, knew very little about the flat and caused us to incur additional expense by undertaking a survey of a part of the wider block which wasn't part of the property.

After we had paid a holding fee Vanessa's manner changed completely and she became very rude and aggressive.

I have not given Franklyn James one star as ultimately the transaction proceeded according to agreed timelines.

I hope that their other estate agents are better but based on my experience with Vanessa if I were selling a property I would avoid Franklyn James.

Overall, the process is smooth, Vanessa has been very supportive and helped me communicate with the seller efficiently and kindly. Many thanks to Vanessa!

The agency is very professional. The people I got the chance to talk with were all very friendly and helpful. They are also quite responsive to emails and have someone answering the phone even outside standard working hours.

Mark has been a fantastic estate agent, who has gone over and above his responsibilities time and time again. He was always ready to understand patiently and gracefully a legally complex situation, in relation to our purchase and was excellent in his communication with all involved.

Vanessa at Franklyn James is amazing - I've never been through the process of buying a house but she was quick, efficient and super responsive. I've heard that the process of buying a place is difficult and stressful, and honestly I have not found that at all with Vanessa and Franklyn James, from the initial viewing to completion was around 2 months (and could have been quicker if it weren't for summer holidays on my side!)

Vanessa arranged viewings very quickly and gave excellent advice on expected interest and timelines and was very helpful during the offer process. After that, any questions I had were answered quickly and even ones that had to have seller input came back in a day or two. She was great at being an intermediary with both sides' solicitors as well. Cannot recommend them enough, and thank you very much! Would not hesitate to use them in the future!

We have been living in a flat managed by Franklyn James for around 3 years. There were some repairment works needed to be done. Charlene reached out for assistance. All the works were complete within a short span of time under her supervision. Overall a pleasant experience.

I'm renting a flat through Franklyn James. My experience has been positive throughout the whole process. Their reference verification company FCC Paragon can be troublesome, but we managed to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. I would rent the same property from Franklyn James again.
