I ordered a t shirt on March 20th paid almost 9 for shipping and still no shirt I emailed them 3 times and I’m always offered a coupon but I just want what I ordered and it was a little pricy but dang it’s not worth a penny if I don’t get it or my money. I’m turning them over to the state AG they are a scam site

Ordered a ring that was supposed to be a size 7. It arrived, it is definitely not a size 7. The stone picture is much bigger than the stone in the picture. Come to find out since I didn’t purchase a rip off fee at checkout that they do not allow any returns. Do not shop this company! They are terrible.

I placed my 1st order on March 8, 2026 and received daily updates until delivery on March 11, 2026. Shipping was fast and my jeans were awesome. My experience could not have been any better.

Alot of hype but prices are expensive, return policy terrible and owner is rude.

I have shopped at freckled poppy multiple times and have had several issues. Most recently two of my orders never arrived, they got lost in shipping. I paid for the shipping protection so I thought getting replacements would be simple. They denied my claim on one of my items and when I asked all they said was it is being reviewed, 3 days later they said it was still being reviewed. They finally refunded me but they still didn’t refund me for the shipping protection I paid for. Their clothes are extremely overpriced and bad quality the fit advice for multiple tops I got were way off and do not do any of the mystery boxes because everyone I got was hideous, they are just sending you things they can’t sell because no one wanted them. I won’t be shopping here again and I would recommend shopping anywhere else. Shopping elsewhere you will get better quality clothes that actually get delivered to you, without having to pay shipping protection, even though the shipping protection doesn’t protect anything if they make a mistake. Prior to this I incident I had an order they just forgot to fulfill for 3 weeks and their processing and shipping times are not consistent. Stay away from Freckled Poppy, their clothes are bad quality, they don’t care if you actually receive your order, and you can get much cuter clothes for a lower price elsewhere.

I saw the ad on FB and the jeans look great. The sizing system is odd, but it can be navigated. I ordered a pair of big leg jeans in a size 5 which is how my normal size 6 fits into their formula.
I received the jeans quickly and loved how they fit from the knees up. But they were about a foot too long and it would cost $$$ to have them altered, so I sent them back with a request for a link to petites.
They sent the links for mid-rise short jeans, and I ordered another style. I paid the extra $2.98 they charge to guarantee a return with my order.
My request to return the second pair of jeans was denied because they claimed they were on clearance. I was supposed to "know" that because the price ended in ".99". I was not aware of that rule, and although I paid to GUARANTEE a return, I was not allowed. So, now I'm stuck with a pair of expensive jeans I can't wear! They have the "released hem" which is a look I like. But they can't be shortened and keep that look.
I complained that I had paid extra to be able to exchange or return, but to no avail. They did return my $2.98! Big whoop! Not a satisfied customer of Alexa Rae store selling this brand "Judy Blue", which are great jeans. I wish I could have gotten some I could wear.

Buyer beware! They charge you even for an exchange. They offer a 10% increase credit if you allow them to offer you store credit, which would be fine if nearly everything wasn't out of stock. Followed their 'fit advice' on all items and it was way off. Waited forever for the order to ship and it only shipped when I inquired about it several weeks into being charged.

Processed duplicate orders without my authorization and then charged me the return shipping. Also tried to ignore my emails until I threatened to dispute the transaction. Then told me they had replied earlier (lies) and then told me they sent a return label, again lies until I kept emailing and insisting. Tried to discuss their terrible business ethics and they told me to have a nice day. In a short time I had already spent several hundred dollars before this but won’t spend another dime over $12 shipping and horrible customer service!

I ordered a pair of jeans based on what the picture looked like on the model. She seemed to be my shape and size. The jeans fit her tightly in thighs. When I received them, they were extremely LARGE in the thighs. Not at all what was shown. Of course it cost ME the shipping to send them back. Won’t order from them again.

I'm very said to be leaving this review. I have been a FP customer since 2021. Unfortunately, I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out. The shipping time is incredibly slow, shipping costs are high, the "discounts" offered are final sale - or, if it's a cash back deal, it can only be applied to the next order placed.

After providing negative feedback to customerservice, they did not offer any resolution or acknowledge the issues.

The comments during the live feeds can be very rude and insensitive towards customers.

Im just overall disappointed and recommend you take your money elsewhere. I am looking forward to getting the same quality of clothing at a faster speed from another boutique.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast, however, return policies are not transparent on the website. Poor customer communication. Deceptive practices. Would not recommend the seller. I will not purchase from them again.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Ordered 3 pairs of jeans. All same Judy Blue jeans, different sizse. No final sale noted and I have proof of this with a saved PDF of the product page. They are refusing a return and say it is part of the return policy which is absolutely false. I read the entire return policy page prior to buying and and am attempting to return unworn jeans just a day after they were delivered. STAY AWAY!

I just received my Order #5015014 - I knew right away that its style and fit were not the right fit for me. Repackaged it and went on your website to process the return. I have been working with computers and systems for over 20 years [yes, I am old], and I needed to comment on your return application and process.

It was So-o-o-o-o easy, intuitive, idiot-proof, and well designed. I really do appreciate those designers and programmers that developed this app. Hopefully, this review will find its way to ALL organizations/companies to adapt this system!! Bravo Zero!!

I wanted to write in to say THANK YOU!! I just received my first pair of Judy Blues and I have NEVER felt so confident and sexy in a pair of pants! My 3 teen children all approve and can't believe how good they look on me! They are buttery soft, stretchy, and oh so comfy...they feel like leggings! THANK YOU for taking the time to walk me through the sizes and styles to help me find the right pair. The only issue I have is that now I want a dozen pair! LOL Thank you!!!

Placed a large order to this website using Klarna. The package was stolen off my porch. I informed them and Klarna and they FORCED me to continue paying for the stolen order even after I reordered from them and contacted them and was told they would not continue charging for first order. Avoid at all costs. Less expensive, more reputable boutiques are available. Very disappointed to be victimized twice.

Shipping times are ridiculous, especially for the price we pay for it. I should have checked reviews here first. Live and learn - hopefully someone will benefit from my review.

Alex gives fit advice on every item that is always correct. Returns are easy. Quick to respond on emails. Shipping times always stated in videos. Super high quality boutique items.

If I could give no star I would order tops well over a week ago have not been delivered so disappointed not even replying to my emails/messages not a very good service I fill as I have lost £26
