I tried to self exclude via their message service, which was ignored and also told that they didn't receive. And recieved messages of freebets to try to entice.
Customer service not helpful. Don't believe that looked for the messages sent to website.

Had my first 2 documents verified
Just had my first £5000 In the bank, as that’s the max withdraw for security reasons. Will have my other £3000 tomorrow. After verification withdrawals take about half an hour in my experience! Absolutely over the moon thankyou FreeBet casino. 5* I think the other reviews are from people that are to impatient and haven’t got it in them to do things safely and properly. Outstanding!! No complaints.

Has anyone actually even had any of…
Has anyone actually even had any of their winnings? I had all my documents verified, still haven't received a penny m, went to look at pending withdrawal and it states needs address approved. I have emails stating the only document that I needed to resend in was my bank card which I didn't and now its verified.
I will take them to court, it's not about the winnings now it's the principle and the money ploy they have going to take money off people and not allow any withdrawal or communication. Its I'll trust me when I say I will go to the gambling commission, I have all emails and screen shots to prove what they have done, I actually played again after my big win think it was all fine just pending, abs couldn't make a withdrawal, the withdrawal button disappeared of the screen.

Very unorganised
Very unorganised. Customer service very incompetent it take weeks to solve any problem out. Do not answer and sometimes you have to remind them to reply you back. No live chat and no phone number only email reply you back in 48 working hours
