I’ve made real money from here, but after the first couple games, they don’t see you completed tasks, change your money balance, change how you cash, and the customer service won’t help.

They have refused to pay me on many offers I have completed. At first it worked great and i received the payouts for tasks completed. But then later on some tasks were not getting rewarded. And it got worse and worse. I would spend money on their games on the promise they would immediately reward me (make any in-app purchase within 1 hour and reveive $5 back immediately). I did not receive any money for that and contacted their support. Their customer service is horrible. They responded that its not their fault, its the app I downloaded through their site, that must not have sent the report that i made an in-app purchase. If they cant track if you made an in-app purchase then you shouldn't offer to send rewards for it! On top of this I literally spent about 40 hours on some apps that didnt pay out and they denied my rewards on those too. I will say the apps that do work on their site seem to pay well compared to similar money making apps and platforms. But if i only get paid for half of the things i do, then its not worth it.

I downloaded jackpota and the reward was spend $19.99 to get $30. I completed this just days after I downloaded the app. I showed proof of purchase and even bank statement showing I completed it. I open a ticket for it. Waited 45 days come to find out it was denied. I even contacted support through email and lord and behold still it was denied. Stay away from this money eating app that won't pay you a dime over $30 dollars.

After finally getting up to almost $18, just about $2 shy of cashing out, I finally found out that you cannot cash out until you provide them with either a Driver's license, ID card or passport. I don't know about you, but I am not willing to provide that type of documentation to ANYONE over the internet. You try to get help in chat and you get AI that keeps telling you the same thing over and over again. You can't cash out without an ID card. Stay away from this nonsense unless you want to put your private documents in jeopardy.

Don't do it. Worst company ever. they will not pay you and they will ban your account for no reason. I have been dealing with this for over 3 weeks now and they froze my account because they said I was not eligible for my earnings but they do not say why. And now they froze my account which I had money just sitting there for over a few months that was from a different offer and now I cannot even withdraw that $10.25 that has been there since Jan 2025. Customer service is horrible they are liars and scammers.... do not waste your time. They will find any excuse to not pay your for your earnings. That is why the CEO is rich. They keep peoples money!!!

Absoluter Schrott. Du musst ewig spielen, um Geld zu verdienen. Und schreibt man negative Bewertungen über freecash.com, lassen sie diese durch Trustpilot entfernen. Da muss man auch Trustpilot hinterfragen, die sind auch käuflich vermutet man generell. Sonst würden sie tatsächliche Erfahrungen nicht entfernen.

Awful company, avoid and don't waste your time. They do NOT pay out on offers that have been legitimately completed.

Completed various missions and never got paid. I opened a ticket for every mission with screenshots of the completion, and all were rejected without a reason. Total scam

Ok, I just opened a so-called acct. with "Freecash" I opened it to just do some surveys for now anyway and make some extra money. The survey tab wasn't highlighted so I sent a message asking why. The AI virtual assistant told me I was put on "lite mode" because I had just joined. It also said I have to earn 20,000 pts. 1st before I can do any surveys. So then I asked AI, how do I close my acct.? It said "Go to your profile and click on delete acct. Believe it or not there's no place on the site where I can even click on my profile! Then I asked the AI virtual assistant, where can I click on my profile? Then it told me I have to 1st do one of their offers and then my profile tab will show up. I can't even close my account with this place and they now have my email address.

Poor, looks scamy. They always have problems with payouts, especially in 2025. Misleading practices, not clear responses, long time for any answers. I presented them x dozens of evidences they had rejected without any reason and closed my ticket. Procedures very long, time eating not clear rules. Using arguments as you used VPN even not and adds in games going for your residence country. They did not paid me for x games plus did not get back money for bonuses. Senior management very arrogant.

After a few months of gaming experience, I think I can give an objective assessment. The platform itself is well designed and if everything were fair, you could be satisfied. Unfortunately, you are being completely misled here. High winnings that you have earned strategically are suddenly not paid out! If you open a ticket, you can wait up to 14 days to even get a response, only to find out that you have been rejected (it is also grammatically incorrect). I really played day and night to be able to achieve the goals at all, and invested a lot of money. At the end it just says ----Rejected.......I advise everyone not to use this platform, except for people for whom money is not an issue. Hands off! You will be systematically cheated here! Freecash automatically reports when there are negative reviews, but unfortunately not in the chat to set things right. I completed the $175 task with the Rise of Kingdoms offer and documented it with screenshots, but Freecash now wants me to provide proof of how much money I put into the game, which isn't even part of the task. For me, this is just a delaying tactic to wear me down as a player. I wouldn't be surprised if I get banned as a bonus. I really wrote this review with the utmost care and I assure you that it is true.

The freecash app/website is complete scam, they do not pay you, they ban you. They banned me without a reason and when I try to ask them for one, they didn't reply. Even worse is that the app pay so little that you probably won't earn anything regardless if you download it or not.

They will initially grant you small rewards, but as soon as you start hitting larger ones they will deny them and the support automatically denies any claim you may make. It’s just a big scam that encourages you to spend money in order to reach those higher rewards.

Spent hours grinding through level after level of Gardenscapes. Got all the way up to level 1534 in about 6 days. However after level 1000 my offers stopped crediting, I earned roughly £100 up to level 1000 but the offers for reaching level 750, 1250 and 1500 didn’t get credited. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ??? Got paid out for reaching level 1000 but not for reaching level 750 ? I created tickets for all 3 and 2 have already been rejected as usual. Just waiting for the level 1500 ticket to be rejected even though for all 3 I provided additional evidence proving I’d completed the offers ! Joke of a site stay clear !
