Important information about pending rewards, withdrawals, and support statuses is not presented clearly, making the experience frustrating when dealing with higher-value offers.
Tracking reliability was another concern. Some offers either delayed crediting or created uncertainty about whether progress was properly tracked despite following instructions exactly and allowing tracking permissions.
I also believe the platform should improve:

• communication about payout timelines and review processes,

This platform appears to be essentially a mirror of another site (SplitDrop), but there’s no clear warning about that. I signed up, completed offers, and then had my account suspended for “having multiple accounts”even though I had no idea the two sites were connected. If u operate multiple platforms under different names, that needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. It’s unfair to penalize users for something they werent informed about. Between this and the already questionable payout timelines, the overall experience feels misleading and poorly managed. Transparency needs to be improved, especially around account rules and platform ownership.
