The satellite service from Bentley has been great.

I lived remotely, half way up a mountain in rural Spain with no telephone signal.
The satellite was powered by my solar set-up or on occasions by generator and gave me contact with the outside world with WhatsApp and internet.
Their service and support has been very good especially when setting up remotely with clear instructions on how to establish connection.

The satellite internet works. We used it for the last 12 years until we finally got a broadband connection.
Only the slow ping times matters. But you can't change this on geostationary orbit satellite.
Despite this, they offer good prices and a really fast and reliable customer service.

I was satisfied with the service from Bentley Telecom but I did have a small issue with the satellite dish itself, my problem not Bentleys. However I chose to change over to starlink and my problem was solved and it is cheaper. I would recommend Bentley Telecom to anyone though, customer service were very helpful and easy to contact.

Customer service was excellent when I was experiencing a technical issue. Prior to Bentley taking over I was never able to contact anyone, which was very frustrating.

Our cricket club has received satellite WiFi from Bentley Telecom and its predecessor for many years. The system worked very well, any technical issues were dealt with promptly, and we were very happy with the service we received.
