I wouldn’t use them again, very unprofessional . Got charged £600 for few correspondence emails to a third party solicitor which never benefited me in any case. I wasn’t made aware of what the cost would be for these emails either.

Rohana in the Dunstable office was extremely helpful and professional especially when being bullied and threatened by another two firms of solicitors. She went out of her way by coming in on her day off to correct mistakes made by the other solicitors and meet a very tight deadline.

Rohana put my mind at rest as soon as I walked through the door.
She guided me through an extremely stressful situation and dealt with the other party on my behalf, keeping me informed every step of the way. She explained everything in plan English, and not legal jargon.

they said:No win no fee means that when you make your claim you will receive 100 per cent of your compensation with your solicitor’s legal fees being recovered from the opposite side. If you lose in court you will also not have to pay a penny in legal fees.
But then said to me i will have to pay a Retainer Fee. Make sure the cost is made clear from the Start......

Absolutely awful experience with this firm! Do not touch them. We are still waiting for probate for our late grandfather nearly a year later. Francesca is awful at responding to emails, calls. She never communicates with us. Grant of probate got ‘lost in post’ I had to ring the court myself to chase this and have it re -issued as apparently she ‘couldn’t get through’ although I had no trouble. Absolutely disgusting.

Freeman Harris is a rare breed of solicitors; everything was transparent and they made things easy for me to understand. Mr Hafezi and Mr Fazlani went above and beyond; I highly recommend this law firm. Top drawer.
