Great for my Service Dog
I got my questions answered within a day or two. I made my account and registered my service dog on it. Free My Paws knows the law and makes people renew their ID once per year. I liked that since other sites would just make it to where people can fake their dogs as service dogs.

Placed order on 2/16/18. Called twice never spoke to a person had to leave messages. No call back it is now 3/9/18 received email that my order was shipped and I should receive it in 3 days. Very poor customer service.

The hoodie with service dog patch is really high quality. I had to gulp at the price, but was very pleasantly surprised. There was a delay in sending the color I ordered. I received a prompt email offering other colors OR waiving the shipping charge if I was willing to wait. The wait was not long, and true to their word there was no shipping charge! The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is amazing in this day of mass processing. Thank you...and the hoodie is warm as well as cute💓
