I researched many of the companies offering ESA letters. Some other companies were an outright scam. I also checked the Better Business Bureau reviews before chosing Free My Paws. Finally they offer the best value in my mind as they will not only give you your Mental Health Professional's letter, but also prepare the specific form letter for each airline! When I had an issue with not finding the forms, my Mental Health Professional was accessible and made sure that I received the forms promptly (I was looking in the wrong place) All in all, this company is well familiar with the requirements for ESA letters, ask for good basic initial info as to why you feel you may need an ASA, the Mental Health Professional interviews you based upon your initial description of your mental health situation and then makes an appropriate decision. I found the whole process very orderly and appropriate! I am glad I chose Free My Paws. Finally, I had no problems with the airlines, I followed their directions, and after their review, I was promptly approved to travel with my ESA which really took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Free my paws is an excellent service for dogs and even gives the owner permission to fly on a plane with a dog. They are so efficient and necessary for all dogs.

Awesome service! Should’ve done this sooner. I received my questionaire from a medical professional within minutes after purchasing their ESA product, only took 15-20 minutes to fill it out and answer questions. I had a response the next day. We were flying with United so I did have to do a couple more steps with my cats veterinarian but afterwards we flew no problem whatsoever!
