Good service

The shipment process was seamless and I liked how the email communication was constant during the entire process. However, the process of issuing a credit to customers needs improvement. I was informed that the total cost of the shipment (regarding the weight of the package and surcharge) was less than expected. So, I've inquired about the excess amount being credited to my credit card, however, I have not received a response yet. This type of transaction needs improvement. Overall, the shipping experience was good.

🚨 AVOID FREIGHTOS – USELESS PROTECTION & ZERO SUPPORT 🚨

If you think Freightos will protect you in case of a shipping issue, think again! Their so-called "secure platform" and "support in case of disputes" are nothing but empty promises.

I booked a shipment through Freightos with a scheduled delivery in December. Instead, my container was lost for weeks, with no updates, no accountability, and no real help from Freightos. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I had to personally chase down the transport company, deal with all the back-and-forth, and waste countless hours trying to find a solution.

And what does Freightos' "protection" mean in reality? Nothing. No compensation, no real mediation, no enforcement of any responsibility from the carrier. You're completely on your own.

If you're considering using Freightos, save yourself the headache and just book directly with a carrier. You'll pay less and get the same level of service – which is to say, none. Freightos adds zero value when things go wrong.

STAY AWAY unless you enjoy paying extra for absolutely nothing. 🚫

I used Freightos to ship goods from the EU to Asia, and it was a fantastic experience. The communication was clear and timely, and the follow-up throughout the process was excellent. Untrustworthy company. I purchased about $2,500 in custom gift boxes from China and had to pay about as much to get these air freighted to the US. Two boxes were missing and I brought it to their attention immediately with no response. The only reason they responded eventually is after I left a bad review, which I agreed to delete for them if they made it right. After going back and forth with slow communication, they told me it's too late to file a claim and eventually agreed to pay me just the price of the missing merchandise. I was not pleased with this solution, as it only covered half of my losses, not including customs duty fees. This happened in November, 2023 and still no refund as of September 26, 2024. They cost me over $600 and I'm done dealing with this. Will never use them again and I highly recommend using another freight company.
