Unfortunately, an item was broken when unpacked - the customer service was brilliant, and a replacement organised straight away. The delivery people were very good and careful.

Ordered Gustavian light wood upholstered bed. We have been using it for atleast 15 days now.
Outstanding quality, skilled and detailed craftsmanship. Loved it and appreciate the effort they gave to get the perfect outcome on wood work detailing. Sturdy, classy and as showed in the website or even better.

The customer service from French Bedroom has been exceptional. Nothing has been too much trouble and Kai has dealt with our queries with great efficiency and warmth. We felt the customer service was very personal and there was no sense of any pressure to buy. Communication has been excellent. We found the option to receive wood and fabric samples very helpful as we wanted to be sure our purchases would blend with an existing piece of furniture. Today our Love Story collection blue velvet bed arrived with matching side tables and we are delighted! The quality is beautiful and I know we will enjoy these pieces for many yesrs to come.
Kai has been there to help every step of the way, even guiding us to a local furniture showroom to check which mattress we preferred prior to ordering. We even got a personal call to let us know that a new piece in the range would be coming available, and offering priority ordering. We are just now waiting for the beautiful embroidered bed cushions to arrive next week - an exciting new addition to the site.
We have been highly impressed with the service we received (including arrangements for ethical recycling of our old bed) and would not hesitate to use French Bedroom again. The arrangements for delivery were very efficient and the White Glove assembly service and disposal of packaging were well worth the extra fee. We believe this company offers great value for money.

I recently purchased the Petite Breton Luxe bed linen in sage green along with the additional oxford pillowcases and they are honestly the most gorgeous set of bed linen I think I've ever owned. They are the softest cotton and even my boyfriend made a comment on how soft they are! The quality is fantastic and everything arrived next day! Thank you French Bedroom.

Just delighted to have found this company. We needed three bedframes and each one is beautiful. Lovely wood, very well made and really attractive.
The customer service, and specifically Kai, were exceptional. Sadly BJS (the delivery firm used by French Bedroom for our order) were having system issues and this caused some problems with our delivery but Kai was so responsive, thoughtful and proactive that she turned around the situation. She was simply fabulous to work with throughout the process. An absolute treat to come across such exceptional customer service. Thank you Kai and French Bedroom!

We ordered a bed and white glove service from the company. They installed the bed but left without testing mattress size. The bed is the wrong size and even though I phoned immediately they stated the packaging had been destroyed and hence not refundable. Not the best customer service to offer minimal discount on a new mattress instead of resolving issue.

I had bought a beautiful white bedspread but after less than a year it was slightly bobbled! Looked odd and I am very careful keeper of anything! I write to tell French bedroom and they offered to send a new one with no charge! Extraordinary service! I have the same bedspread in grey and it’s fine! So no idea why but the product is wonderful

I have genuinely been blown away by The French Bedroom company. I have ordered a number of pieces - with the white glove service to assemble one of the products (a bed) in situ. From start to finish they have made the process easy, purchasing online, delivery service, responding quickly to enquiries etc. The customer service when I had to change my mind about a product was exemplary. The quality of the product is high end and worth every penny. I would happily recommend to others.

I am really happy with my recent purchase, the bed frame is of good robust quality, with lots of attention to detail by the artisa, Its something that feels will last a lifetime and beyond. I replaced a cheaper bed frame and it was worth the money, its also good knowing the bedframe is exclusive to French Bedroom.
