Rubbish quality. Started bobbling after ONE wear. very disappointed considering the price too. CRAP tracksuit

To begin with the grey sweatshirt I bought it was perfect I’m very happy with this sweatshirt, I have a moshino sweatshirt and I think yours is a way better fit. The hoodie bought I wasn’t happy with that the design and everything was perfect I loved it, but black fluff kept coming out and sticking to my t shirt and then the zip is so stiff it’s so hard to pull up.
DONT BUY THE zip HOODIEs

I've only recently started purchasing clothing from this company, but I couldn't be happier with the quality and service provided. The items I ordered on both occasions came quickly and the quality is fantastic! Great comfortable materials and the fit is perfect. Will definitely be purchasing more items ☺️

my joggers, which looks great, but also feels great when wearing them. I can tell the quality is high & also the comfort. I now have 3 different clothing items from this brand.

Although what I ordered ended up not being stock, stating it was being shipped for me to reach out to fresh couture to understand what was going on. They have been very transparent, explaining the stock issue, issued my refund instantly and have even sent me a pair of complimentary socks. I will be shopping again here, hopefully I'll choose an item in stock!

This company has good clothes but when returning a product the customer service is not great. I can not understand why it would take so long to receive a refund back!? Just keeping my money when I have sent the items back. Not a happy customer

Ordered 2 items from Couture (my first ever order with the company) and one item received was slightly faulty. I sent a picture of the fault by email and the next morning I received a response that a replacement item had been dispatched at no extra cost to myself.

Absolutely first class service and the clothing items themselves are fantastic, couldn't ask for more!

Really excellent experience with this brand. Received my first order and everything looked excellent out the packaging and on. Had an issue with a couple of things and they replaced the items without any problems.

I bought one of the fleece winter hoodies, and I was impressed with what I got. Fit was good, price wasn't too bad either and most of all was pretty warm.

The quality and fit is outstanding, fresh, clean and understated, with an athletic fit and modern look whilst providing excellent value for money. I have received many positive comments when wearing items from the label. Shipping is fast and the customer services team are brilliant, quickly responding and rectifying any queries or concerns you may have! Absolutely excellent customer service, ordered some items that I wished to change but didn't have the facilities to do so, emailed the customer service team and its was sorted within 24hours! I've never had online service as good as this.
