Recently noticed Fresh on social media, and after a bit of searching, Fresh came out better financially, so decided to give them a go. My aim has been to eat healthier and lose a small amount of weight. I was in a habit of snacking during work hours (mostly biscuits), which was leaving me bloated, low in energy and hungry.
Every day the menu was varied and wholesome, and in fact, at lunchtime in particular, I ate far more than I ever would before. Within 5 days I had lost a couple of pounds and felt far better within myself.

Just want to send a little thanks - enjoyed my meals last week - made such a difference to my working week, freeing up time by not having to think and sort food. Felt much calmer and less rushed. Not just the benefit of healthy food but the benefit of time back.

Found this company through a social media ad and wish I’d discovered them sooner! I’ve tried a few meal prep companies, and this is by far one of the tastiest. I love that they provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, usually I skip breakfast, but their meals make it easy to start the day healthy. There’s lots of variety in the plans, and delivery is simple with a helpful text notification. Definitely ordering again.

For two months, I enjoyed their exceptional food and outstanding services—truly an amazing experience!

I have been blown away at how fresh and tasty the food is. It feels like I’m eating home cooked food each day, but with the convenience of it being ready in minutes.

I’ve also found the customer service fantastic, really personable, checking in to see how everything has been. I’ve already placed my next order and would genuinely recommend this company to anyone!

I have been around the houses with meal prep companies, ranging from heavily sponsored by certain "strongmen" to "Made in Sandra's Kitchen - Fresh is far superior, head and shoulders above the rest. The food is super fresh, and the packaging is ideal for transporting to work and is recyclable. No plastic if you are worried about BPA's or plastic leach into your food. The flavours/different meals are unreal. You can tell the company takes pride in their products from presentation, delivery, and on my plate. Thanks Team Fresh

Been receiving their meals for over a year now - takes away any need to consider what you want to eat, any planning/prep, and no need to shop and cook!
Good communication, tracking app for delivery, easy ordering online, what's not to like!

The food tastes great and the quality of the ingredients is fantastic. Having the meals delivered has been so convenient and has helped me to eat well and actually stick to a diet. I've lost over 10kg since I've been using them, and would highly recommend.

Receiving meals from meal prep for awhile now. The meals are really good, always a good variety and ive tried foods I wouldnt usually go for and really enjoyed them. The delivery is always on time and the cost is very reasonable. Paul and Matt are friendly and will respond to any queries.
Will definitely continue with my orders.

Really nice company, great delivery experience and very accommodating. The meals overall are good variety and good flavours. When asked for honest feedback it was noted my the company who said they would look to rectify, it's nice to actually be listened to. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

So far so good....the delivery was efficient, the customer service is excellent and all of the meals are really tasty.....even the ones you don't think will be! I'd 100% recommend this company.

Fantastic meal prep service .
Customer service 10/10 for catering to nutritional needs and dietary requirements. Matt is in communication about the food offering recommendations, checking to see how I am finding meals, offering advice and producing some amazing foods.
I have tried 5 days to start on the set calories plans. Food is lovely and very different to foods, I would even think about creating. So much less stress, less time and great value for money.
I have just reserved and purchased my next weeks meals. Really looking forward to trying them.

This is fantastic! I was dubious at first because it definitely felt like a luxury but my mum and dad tried it to help them slim down for a holiday and I realised how good the quality of the meals were and how much time and mental load it would save me on a daily basis. It's become such a part of making my life easier that I can't imagine going without it.

Was a professional boxer for around 4 years so used a good few peal prep companies and these guys are by far the best hands down 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
