We had a fabulous tour around Sri Lanka with these guys. From the start Mr Faz was super responsive and accommodating in making our arrangements. We agreed our own route with some helpful advice on options for accommodation etc.

On arrival in Sri Lanka our driver Nuwan was an absolute star from the start and throughout - nothing was too much trouble for this lovely gentleman. He was informative, super helpful and unfalteringly polite.

Our vehicle was spotless and very comfortable it really was a superb experience and one that I would highly recommend.

Safraz is a very punctual, humble & courteous person. We lacked a little bit of communication with our itinerary with him but overcame it. He pointed out some interesting facts about Sri Lanka which we truly appreciated. He advised us on what we would enjoy. We felt safe with him. Will highly recommend him.

Dopo diverse ricerche e preventivi abbiamo optato per qs compagnia e....ci siamo trovati benissimo: auto confortevole, acqua a disposizione, SIM card inclusa, assistenza nel pianificare il tour da parte di mr. Faz.
Il NS autista mr. Shaveen ci ha fatto anche da guida accompagnandoci anche nei siti e nei templi e per trascorrere 13 GG di tour insieme ci vuole ovviamente feeling.

Nous sommes partis 10 jours au Sri Lanka avec nos 3 enfants. La communication avec M. Faz pour préparer notre voyage était très facile. Il est disponible et réactif. Excellente entreprise de la conception du projet avec Mr Faz par mails, jusqu à la prise charge par le conducteur Mr Hasaranga qui nous a conduits et accompagnés sur des routes parfois difficiles pendant 5 jours. Compagnie très réactive, conducteur prévenant et sûr. Nous avons une grande confiance en Mr Hasaranga, très professionnel et sympathique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l aide de Mr Faz pour créer notre parcours.

I went with my fiancé for a 7 day tour of Sri Lanka. I was highly recommend Mr Faz’s company and I was not left disappointed.

Nifras came to welcome us with a sign with my name at the airport. We were given SIM cards with 5GB data which lasted the whole trip.

Nifras was very insightful and helpful navigating our route and gave very useful suggestions to make the tour easier/more fun. He proactively called places to provide us with information or book things on our behalf. He is an excellent problem solver and a very calm driver. I usually get car sick but felt very comfortable in the Air Conditioned Toyota Prius.

We enjoyed Nifras company so much as he was great to talk to with perfect English and extensive knowledge of all sites.

We had a great day trip from Colombo in a comfortable vehicle expertly drive by Aadhill, our kids 11 and 8 really enjoyed it!

Mr FAZ guided us throughout the booking phase till the last minute, may be few hotel choices could have been better. Overall the driver Sanjeewa and his helper were of great help carrying a big bunch of us all over Srilanka.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your driver Ishara during our trip. Despite the extremely challenging circumstances brought on by the floods, he remained incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the journey. Mr. Faz and I completed an itinerary by email, etc. the tour was to be all day.
However, despite the promise of an English speaking driver, the one he sent spoke only Tamil. Worse google maps repeatedly told him to make U Turns. After a 9 AM pick up by 11:30 the driver was at a loss for where to take me. Fortunately Google translate spoke Tamil. If I typed a location into Google maps we eventually got there. By 1 PM I gave up. Yes Mr. Faz accepted responsibility and asked forgiveness...but that is different from warning future customers that despite several other "happy" reviews, choosing this company may cause you to waste or ruin a full day of your vacation

We are extremely happy with the driving service provided by Mr Faz’s Friendly Tour Driver Sri Lanka. Having Ishara as our driver was a true blessing. He is careful, responsible, trustworthy, safe, and very knowledgeable. Beyond being just a driver, Ishara became our guide, translator, great companion, and even felt like part of our family during our two weeks in Sri Lanka. We always felt cared for and well looked after.

Ishara helped us plan our stops, suggested wonderful places we would have missed if we had relied only on online recommendations, and even assisted with buying attraction tickets, finding great spots to eat or relax, arranging tuk-tuks, and handling refunds on our behalf. In every way, he was a delight.

Spending long hours with a stranger can sometimes feel awkward, but Ishara made it easy and enjoyable — never tiring or uncomfortable. He was also wonderfully kind and patient with our young children (4 and 7 years old).

I would also like to highlight how pleasant and constructive communication with Mr Faz has been. Mr Faz was polite, proactive, and very helpful in resolving our issue with the cancelled train tickets.

The car itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Ishara made sure it was spotless every day. He was always punctual, respectful of our time and space, and attentive to our needs.
