Like Family
I've been with Friendship for many years, almost 8 in Batesville. I've gotten to know them, seen their people come and go, and missed them when they did. I look forward to catching up with Kim and all of the ladies when I come in. I truly consider them friends. I switched to them when I became tired of being nickled and dimed to death by the bigger, national banks. Just like in modern society, I was gradually being charged more and more money for less and less service. Friendship was the fix. Old school banking with old school service and charm. What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?
I always use the same computer. I rarely take it anywhere. I always use the same browser. And yet when I try to log in I'm regularly required to do two factor authentication (I can't say always because I haven't kept a log). And every time I have to use 2FA I check the box asking the system to trust my device. What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?
