Although my Frome was (slightly) damaged in shipping, it was still a beautiful work of art. I contacted the company to let them know of my experience and without delay they sent a replacement! Note - I was not expecting or requesting a new Frome, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
