The Fromm Representative was fantastic as he visited our facility and demonstrated how the tool functioned and how it would be suitable for our business.

Overall great service and communication. Short leadtimes on orders. Account set up was quick and simple.

I found the guys at fromm very easy to deal with and communicate with. The order was placed and the equipment turned up when they said it would as well and ed to train us in set up and operation. Re-ordering of material was quick and easy. We placed the order that day and due to our location, it usually takes 2 or 3 days for thing to arrive but in this case the the strapping turned up the same day we ordered it.

Good quality of goods & services, feedback from Warehouse is always positive, would be good to have a visit from Fromm to meet up and put a face to the contacts..

Until recently I have had the pleasure of liaising with Shane Stone. Shane has always been very helpful and always checking in with how the products are going. Nothing has ever been a hassle for him. It's having suppliers like this that make my job so much easier.

Great service from the tool service guys and Kent. Deliveries are delivered on time and in full. Store has been opened on weekends by staff to assist me with NIL stock issues.

Placed a few orders at the beginning of our QNGR Project. Since then, a few failed experiences. Of most recent, I asked a sales person to get me in a strapping feeder. She was insure so I walked her through how to find them on Google. She replied later that day she was not able to procure. This item is a secondary tool for the strapping you sell....
I was told most of the other customers use broom handles.... A shame, I ended up asking Blackwoods for this and had no issue.

The Sales staff are always friendly and welcoming. No request is ever too hard or unable to complete. Very reliable and great quality. Great work guys.
