Very Disappointed
My recent purchase of a printed vinyl sign was disappointing. The quality of seam was poor.
I had to give it to my client because of a due date issue.
I then called and explained the situation and asked for a reprint.
I was told by one of your employees that I should have taken a photo of it before I gave it to my client.
I'm a very busy man. If I say it was unacceptable it was unacceptable.
Very disappointed.

Great Design but Cockeyed
Working with the design team and capturing the logo, look and feel of the sign was amazing. Great service, great designs, professionalism outstanding. Installing the sign, a bit different. Wish I was on site to help guide. It's imperative that they use a laser leveler to ensure letters are straight and not slanted. After the Fact could cause a problem being drilled into the wall. Still waiting for them to come back to see how they can correct and straighten the sign. Hopefully a follow-up review to follow. Stayed tuned.
