Great communication

My great experience with Front Signs started with Jasmin - the very friendly, helpful, and proactive rep at Front Signs. She was always there with answers to my questions, and I particularly appreciated that she called me each time she sent an email - it was really helpful to keep things on track. After emailing the company with a couple concerns I had with the install, Rose offered amazing customer service. She quickly got me on the schedule to get the signs adjusted, and now...they're fantastic! I love working with a company who does a great job on the front end, and really stands behind their product and quality of work if anything comes up. Would highly recommend!

Miguel was great! He made the ordering process so smooth. Can’t wait to receive my sign.

The team, office and installers are professional and great at what they do. The quality of our iconic bar sign on Sunset Blvd look great. I highly recommend Front Signs.

Great customer service and tech support, looks great

The best to use for do it your self . Everything included& very fast work.

From the Start the initial call with Roy was great and he was very quick with the request. The prompt response and turn around time was what made up complete the project with you guys. The delivery was great; they made sure we were happy with placement and cleaned up the space.

Perfect and timely

I worked with Miguel on our front sign. In the beginning, he was prompt and responsive. However, communication later became very inconsistent. On multiple occasions (at least five times), he said he would follow up but never did, even after I left messages. I had to keep calling just to get anything to move forward.

The sign itself looks good overall, but there is a noticeable color discrepancy. The installer did not mention this issue at all, even though it was obvious at the time of installation. I have called multiple times since then and am still waiting for a response.

Additionally, my card was processed without my permission. I wanted to review the final installation—especially since there were shortcomings—before making the final payment, and I also intended to use a different card. Despite this, the payment was processed. Miguel had to involve his manager, and resolving this has been unnecessarily difficult.

At one point, Miguel told me to “keep doing what you’re doing,” which made me uncomfortable. I should not have to call repeatedly or mark my calendar to follow up when this should have been resolved with a single phone call.

I have been using Front Signs' services for a long time, and every time I am amazed by the team's fast and high-quality work. Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank the Front Signs team and wish them a Merry Christmas. Thank you very much for your work.

Selda and the team were great to work with. We had a small issue with one of our items however they corrected the issue and shipped a replacement overnight. Excellent overall experience!

Excellent communication throughout the process and very professionalism. They were also able to confirm measurements during walk through before finalizing. Sent over photos before starting to make sure we loved and approved everything. They were able to knock out all of our wall logo’s in under 3 hours

Roy and the team have created our logos perfectly...I especially like the amount of detail and time they take to make sure they get our products right. They made our indoor/outdoor logos with bronze finishes and exterior ones with back lights. They are our go to business! Mike was our prior rep. also amazing, which leads me to the conclusion that they know what they are doing :)
