BAD Experience
I dealt with Ripsi during the process of measuring, designing and printing our sign. The sign was printed with incorrect dimensions but Ripsi and Front Signs was unwilling to fix any mistakes made even though they made no effort to explain to me that I could alter the dimensions between the frame and the sign. When I explained my concerns to Ripsi, she said "you approved the sign" so no refund will be issued. My advise is if you are going to deal with this company, make sure to double check everything with your hands and eyes because Front Signs will not take any responsibility once the sign is printed.

Punctuality and Customer Service
Front signs did a fine job with all of the preplanning and designs of all of my decals on my windows. My big issue was with their punctuality and customer service during and after installation of my decals. First off, their window of installation they gave me was between 8AM-2PM. They didn’t arrive until 2:15PM. They didn’t call me to notify that they would arrive late. My employees had to leave when they arrived and no one could be at the office to supervise during installation. This left me with dealing with the workers through phone calls and text messages. I feel as though they rushed through installation as there were bubbles under the decals and they weren’t fully seated on the glass. The worker who was in contact with me through text was very nice and called me because he wanted to make sure the placement of one of my decals was correct. We spoke and confirming through pictures, he placed it accordingly to where I wanted it. Unfortunately, they did not double check all the decals that were placed on my windows. They placed the phone number on one of the windows in a spot that I didn’t want. When I asked if this could be moved, the person I’ve been talking to through the design process told me that that’s where I approved the design to be placed and I would be charged again for them to move it.
I’ve used Front Signs for my big monument sign and they were great for that and I didn’t have any problems. I’m just disappointed I didn’t have the same experience as I did with my monument sign.
