Thank you for your review, although it does seem to be a consistent critique of any gaming site reviewed so far by yourself on here. As such, we would raise whether this is a fun, leisure activity for you or whether it may be that it is not something you actually enjoy. Regarding the comment however, we are in no way a fraudulent casino. Not only are we fully licensed and regulated, but we have been in operation for over a decade. Our licence is fully viewable from our site and on the Gambling Commission's public register for anybody wishing to see. All of the games are regulated, as is required by industry regulations, to ensure they are fair and they all go through independent and strict review processes to make sure all outcomes are random and valid.

Whilst we appreciate not winning as much as you might think you should can be frustrating, it does not add any weight to accusations of our site's authenticity. We would politely recommend a self-review to see if this is a hobby that you are enjoying, and if not, what steps might be practical moving forward. Thank you for your review. Of course it is a shame if you or your friend do not feel you have not had a good experience with our site, but as a responsible and fully licensed casino, there are certain checks we must complete to fulfil our regulations.

Our welcome offer is no scam. We have been in operation for over 10 years and we are fully licensed and regulated. If there were issues with claiming the welcome offer, our Customer Support team would have advised at the time and you are welcome to always contact them should you have any other issues on your account.

We have over 3000 slot games and stock some of the biggest names and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Relax, Eyecon and Scientific Games, so we're not sure which official slot titles you might have been looking for, but we certainly have a great amount. All of our slots run through their own external industry verifications and must pass stringent checks to be allowed on any casino site, so again, unfortunately we're not sure what you might mean by money trap slots, but all of our games have passed several regulations in order to become available.
