They tried to deliver, but with no warning on how and when, so the order returned. After many attempts to recover it and allmy willing to wait, after 5 months, still no sign. They are very hard to reach, they have a very poor contact sistem. Not recommended at all.

If you want to order something from this scammers, be aware what you will get. If you have a problem with the order or want to cancel it, there's no way of doing it.
My advise for anyone who wants to buy from this scammers: don't do it!

I ordered an "Actuator de blocare a ușii mașinii cu 7 pini față stânga Ford Transit" in Romania, on Fruugo.ro. Fruugo.com is asking me to leave a review, and the company is registered in UK. I'm confused but, here is my experience with FRUUGO:
- it was 1st time when ordered from them; I didn't know the item was coming from China (I wouldn't have placed the order otherwise); waited almost a month for the item to arrive;
- the item arrived broken so asked for refund; the China company kept offering me a 25% discount and asked me to try and fix the item. I told them 50% discount was the minimum I could accept, they didn't agree so then Fruugo stepped in and refunded me 50% of the value (although the item arrived broken). So I had to make a lot of combinations between my old and the new/broken item to be able to fix it on my van.
- my advice is STAY AWAY from Fruugo. It's better to pay a little bit more for the item you need but you will get out of a big mess.
The 3rd party company you are buying from will not give you a replacement or refund. I got 50% discount but, obviously, was not enough for a broken item.
Do NOT recommend!!!!!!

+ comanda a durat 3 saptamani sa ajunga.
Un serviciu de 3 parale , care nu are o sectiune de suport unde sa contactezi un oficial online. Am cumparat o placa de sunet pe 3 decembrie . timp estimativ 17 -25 decembrie. Placa s-a pierdut undeva pe drum iar Fruugo care a intermediat vanzarea ii doare in cot . Chinezii la fel . Banii nu-i returneaza . Sunt obligat sa accept o noua placa . timp de asteptare o luna. Voi sunteti nebuni? Nu apelati la fruugo.ro ca va pierdeti banii , timpul si rabdarea!!!!
