Exceptional account management — Gloria Gao went above and beyond

I placed two urgent orders with FS for DAC breakout cables needed for a DGX Spark AI cluster installation in Madrid. My account manager, Gloria Gao (FS.COM GmbH), was outstanding from start to finish.

When I had to restructure the order, she spotted that one cable from the original order was missing in the replacement and paused to confirm with me — proactive attention to detail that saved me from a problem I would only have caught on delivery. She handled the cancellation of the original order, the expedited processing of the new one, and the refund (€390.83, returned to my account in under 24 hours) with speed and clarity.

Communication was consistently professional, warm, and prompt despite the time-zone gap. This is exactly the kind of service that earns repeat business — and I will be back.

We had regular updates and communication, which meant we didn't have to chase up which allowed us to pass on the info to our customer which was well received.

Attention si vous achetez du Canada. J’avais commandé un module GPON qui, après réception, s’est avéré n’être pas compatible avec ma configuration. Quand j’ai voulu le retourner, on m’a dit que je devais le faire à mes frais, à leur entrepôt de Singapour car ils n’ont pas de succursale pour gérer ça en Amérique du Nord. Le coût pour l’envoi était de C$80 soit exactement le prix du module hors taxes. Commentaire de la réponse du service client: “Si les frais de retour sont trop élevés, je vous conseille de conserver le module. Merci pour votre compréhension”. Attention donc avant d’acheter chez FS depuis l’Amérique du nord, car bous n’aurez pas beaucoup d’option pour retourner le produit et serez, comme moi, obligé de le garder à cause des frais de retour, même si il ne vous convient pas.

I'm new to FS.com and have recently bought some items. Their customer support told me straight away if the items were compatible, prices are competitive and my appointed account manager Suzy Zhou was very friendly, prompt in her help and I appreciate her help.

Account manager quotes, accepts order and follows the order through to delivery. Any delays they look after it.
