We feel very fortunate to have found such a company. Chris and his team do an outstanding job managing our building in Kensington, which comprises six property owners. Everything we agree upon is carried out precisely as discussed.

Our building has been very competently maintained by FTJ for over a year now. Experience with two prior management companies was constantly poor, FTJ and Leonie our block manager are communicative, responsive and get things done. They sorted out a backlog of issues and are keeping on top of things well!
