No customer service and logistics issues
First things first: their protein bars are tasty.
Unfortunately there is NO customer service when there's any issue. I placed an order for boxes of 32 bars, but I got boxes with 30 bars each. This can happen, logistics are tough.
However, multiple contact attempts are entirely ignored: twice via their contact form, as well as calling and leaving a voicemails.
For the price of the protein bars of ~2EUR, it is not acceptable if there's 10% of the shipment missing.
