Full circle recently arranged my Dad's funeral. Their support was exceptional and we were offered so many options and personal touches, this made his send off perfect. So many people on the day commented on how personal it was. David and Nicola were always available to support us and their care in looking after Dad made such a difference at a really difficult time. Excellent in every way. Prompt and sympathetic service. Offered advice in areas that you wouldn’t expect. Ie Death certificates. Venues for the wake, order of service options. Layout of the the order of service pamphlet. Always in contact to keep you informed of the progress of funeral service arrangements .In no way could I find fault with what was a respectful and sympathetic service. Ruth is a fantastic funeral director and understanding individual. Ruth talked us through the entire process bomber a few meetings, calls and WhatsApp's and explained everything very patiently.

We received considered suggestions, options and ideas at such a difficult time when truly it was so hard to make a decision about anything.

David made the whole process of planning my dad's funeral as nice an experience as it could possibly be in the circumstances.
