I personally cannot fault the team at fun.co.uk at all. - FedEx delayed my parcel, which arrived after the party it was needed for, Tiffany from support got the whole thing cleared up instantly, and I'm a very happy customer.

Would never buy from this company again!! Sent an item back as it didn’t fit. Contacted them 2 weeks after I had returned it as I hadn’t received a refund and they said it’s a 3 to for week refund timeframe, 5 weeks later I contacted my bank as still nothing so disputed the transaction… surprise surprise I get a refund off them!! But they have taken a 20% restocking fee. (which is illegal in this country) I believe they only refunded me as I got the bank involved and they pray people just give up so the don’t have to refund nobody. My advice steer well clear!!!

Pleasant surprise! I was a bit worried having ordered and then checked the reviews but I’m very happy with the company, service and quality. I didn’t receive a tracking code and was a bit worried, so I emailed their customer service and got a reply within a few hours with my code and another order confirmation email. The items arrived 4 days early and within 4-5 days after i ordered and the quality is great, especially since I couldn’t find any of the items I purchased in the UK. I will definitely order again.

I brought a blazer for a birthday present. It turned out it was too big, I wanted to exchange for next size down but company was unable too ( not sure why) so they started the process for refund. I returned the package and got pictures as proof of returns from Royal Mail. It does say 2-4 weeks for refund to be processed. I hadn’t received anything to say that they had received the item back or anything. I got in touch with them ( via the online chat) after 2 weeks and said and they said it was just being processed. I then waited after 4 weeks and got back in touch with them still saying in process for refund and apparently they were busy with a number of returns so might take a little longer. I waited until 5 weeks and managed to get an email address sent them an email and took them 4 days to respond asking for proof of delivery luckily I had this. Sent this off within 4mins of them emailing and still didn’t hear back. I left it for another week with it hearing anything even tho I sent an email during that week to ask what was happening. luckily I paid through PayPal and started a claim through that. I had taken pictures of the emails and online chat with dates and pictures of proof of delivery within 2 days I had confirmation I was getting a refund. I wouldn’t buy from this company which is a shame as they do some awesome products and decided not to rebuy the blazer again. Not worth the hassle. Took 8 weeks for me getting my refund from the day they received the product back. If you use them make sure you pay with PayPal so you can always claim through them!

Straight after using this website for a costume my credit card information got leaked and had transactions on my card.

Third purchase and spot on again, great choice on here also. Will use again no doubt.

I think that the 5 star reviews are paid for. My delivery arrived much much later than estimated so I didn’t need the costume anymore. I had no idea that they ship from the US! If I only knew! Trying to send back and get a refund is impossible. They request a tracking service and they will deduct 18% of the initial payment as a restocking fee? Making the return more expensive than the original price of the product. They are thieves.

Great, first time ordering! Chose economy delivery and my shirt arrived a week sooner than stated and no custom charges either.

As with other reviews, same problems have arised however twice with the same order!
My original order arrived and was completely water damaged, every box inside was completely wrecked and outer box was almost disintergrated! I had a good customer experience via live chat where replacements were offered and the damaged stock was not required in return.

Today (28th March) second time the order arrives, outer box crushed and items inside absolutely smashed because there is no packaging inside to protect items.

Will not use again which is a shame because some of the items are at a decent price and yes there is a wait as items come from United States and twice I have not had any kind of customs charges etc but the carnage your items go through before ending up in your hands makes it not worth the overall spend and effort.

I bought from FUN u.k despite the mixed reviews and my experience was excellent. shipping to the U.K took just 6 days and the costume i bought is brilliant. no problems at all

I read the reviews after I had placed my order, I started to to worry when I saw alot of negatives, I needn't have though.

Placed my order on the 12th January, and recieved my order on the 5th February. I was given tracking, which kept me up to date whilst it was moving through the US system until it left the US on the 31st Jan, then things went quiet, but as I have purchased from various shops all over the world, I was aware that this can happen, but my orders have always made it to me within a week of arriving at UK customs, so I wasn't concerned about this either.

The items arrived well packaged and great condition.

I honestly cannot fault them at all.

I did think it was a UK based company until reading the reviews, so once I knew it was US based I knew it may take longer to arrive than normal, which I am generally fine with as I wasn't in a rush to get what I had ordered.

But if you do need your items quickly, then just be aware that it may take a few weeks to get to you.

Overall I will be buying again from them, my Funko Pops are perfect!

I have to say, I was a little weary ordering from this company after seeing the reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised by my full experience.

I ordered the Ghostbusters Trap for my little boys birthday, and was really worried when I saw it was shipping from America. From my experience, anything I've ordered from The States has taken well over a month to arrive, so you can guess my shock when it arrived 4 days after ordering.

Unfortunately, upon opening the trap, I found it was broken, so I went on to the Live Chat service and spoke to a colleague named Kayleigh. She was so lovely, and immediately reordered a replacement for me which arrived 4 days later.

Again, the replacement was damaged and it was determined to be a manufacturing fault. I went back to the Live Chat feature, and again spoke to Kayleigh. Again, she provided excellent customer service and issued a refund which was back in my account less than 24 hours after I spoke with her.

Unfortunately the product itself was a bit shoddy, but the service from the company was second to none.

Will definitely be ordering from you again.

I would advise on finding a UK company to order from, as shipping takes forever and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, whilst price are reasonable, its not worth the hassle in the long run

I placed an order on the 22nd of November for a pop head, then checked the reviews and started worrying that I wouldn’t get it. I was given a delivery date of the 7th December which I thought was fine as long as it came before Christmas. I kept checking the tracking and it wasn’t giving a lot of information, just small enough tidbits so I knew it was moving through the system. December 7th came and I noticed it had been received and processed through Heathrow from America. It arrived this morning (9th December) with Royal Mail only 2 days after the given delivery date, which to be fair they did say the 7th was not guaranteed. The pop head came in perfect condition and I will not judge a company based on anyone’s opinion but my own in the future. I had a positive experience and I would but again from here.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Despite shopping from the US my order arrived well packaged and less than a week following my order. Good quality product as described. More than happy with this purchase

Awful customer service, awful packaging (Funkos just dumped in a box loose with no bubble wrap/packaging) don’t remotely care if something arrives damaged and charge a restocking fee & shipping if you want to return/refund a damaged item. DO NOT USE!!

Used these a few times for Scream Ghostface merch and each experience has been a positive one, items always arrived in good time seeing as though they’re shipped from the states and always well packaged to survive the journey
