Placing an order 2 weeks before Christmas, from the UK to Australia, I figured I'd see the order some time after the new year, knowing the Christmas rush was well and truly in full swing. How amazing that my order arrived 2 days before Christmas! Great quality, super fast shipping, fantastic customer service, second to none, best online shopping experience I've ever had, thank you!

They were absolutely amazing. They had no stock of the grey hoodie I ordered but because I had mentioned in an email it was a Christmas present they sent a white one to make sure I had it on time for Christmas (of course with the option of returning and waiting for the grey one) and a box of chocolates to make up for it. The customer service is so friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing business and I’m so grateful for all that they’ve done.

Ordered an item on 10th December still nothing. No dispatch/est delivery. Tried to contact numerous times and have not heard back. It was a Christmas present. The website said delivery before Christmas very misleading.

The case smells inky. I've aired it since it arrived, but still the same problem. Paid out for a gift i can't use. Reported the problem and they simply said they'll pass on the info to the team. It may be fine for phone cases but I don't think the printing process is appropriate for laptop covers.

Poor quality product. Ordered 2 phone cases. Both started pulling apart after only 6 weeks of use. They're not cheap so really disappointed with the quality. Company contacted and informed and refused refund.

I am giving this small company 5* even though I haven't received my order yet. They have been completely transparent with me explaining why there is a delay. What they are doing to rectify it and what plans they have in place to ensure it reaches me by Christmas. It's very refreshing to receive such honesty from a company when often you either get an automated reply or the issue is completely ignored. Well done Fun Cases 🙌👏

Purchased a hoodie, and didnt receive any info on delivey date

Emailed and was told it was printed and ready for despatch, aweek later told that they dont even have the hoodies in stock .

Honesty would have been nice due to it being a gift for xmas. Now to late to order one from elsewhere.

Absolutely LOVE the cases got a skull one and a Nutella one, for my 2 kids phones, theyr both beautiful and lots of unique designs to chose from, the Nutella one is my favourite, my son is going to love it ❤️ can't wait to give it to him on Christmas! And very good prices, I searched and searched for a nice skull one for my eldest son and was so happy to find fun cases site, also got a free screen protector (was hidden in the package with the phone case) the team at fun cases messaged with updates and messaged me back quickly with any questions/queries that I had, excellent customer service and amazing quality, think I'll be ordering all my cases from her from now on, thankyou

Placed an order for my Granddaughters Christmas and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed to enquire and received a very quick reply from Maiya advising it had been posted to me and should arrive on time. Very impressed by this as it was outwith office hours.

Ordered the product on the 6th of December my sons birthday on the 17th of December th day has come and gone it’s now the 19th of December and nothing, no product, no email saying item dispatched, just some crap excuse they are busy. Do not use!!
