I ordered 2 phone cases and received a email stating that they was dispatched on the 3rd of December, since then it’s been basically radio silence apart from the occasional email from Helen Bach in regards to my order never arriving, the tracking is completely useless as it will only work ‘once they have delivered it’ and I’ve been told that the tracking doesn’t work ‘for smaller items such as cases’ and considering the name of the business is funcases really just solidifies the overall stupidity of this company

Hoodie is for my granddaughters Christmas present so not given it to her yet, but the hoodie looks good and I am sure she will love it as she is a ardent Spongebob fan!

Avoid this company. Phone case was completely different. I sent it back as they requested and they won't refund my money. So I am now left with no phone case and they have kept my money. Scam company. You have been warned.

Small business, i purchased an item, that was not necessarily delayed but got an email apologising and to keep me informed. An incredible personal touch and will definitely use this company again for a purchase. Keep up the positive work and good luck!

I ordered a white hoody as a gift. When it arrived it had a stain on the front above the design. I contacted the company via their online form and was contacted quite quickly. I was asked to send photos of the mark which I did. I then received an email asking me to wash the item to see if the stain would come off! Are they for real? I wanted the item as a gift and have no intention of wasting my time washing it. Where's their quality control? Items shouldn't be arriving in that state. Dreadful.

Overall really happy with the case and the quality of it! I got a spider man phone case for my new phone and although delivery did take a little longer than a week I couldn't be more happier with the product. The case is very sturdy and strong and looks really cool as well! I loved that I could add my initials to the case and choose the font to make it more personal to me. Would highly recommend this to anyone interested as prices are also good and you pay the same amount as a normal standard case but its more personal to you!
