Using funding loop saves me huge amounts of time in chasing paper forms and submitting monthly funding figures on the local authority portal. The charge per child is fair as I only pay for what I use which really helps a small business and John was really helpful during the initial "onboarding" in helping me find a way to make it work without the usual nursery software that bigger companies use. Enquiries on how to use or changes have always been answered by Helen quickly.

Funding loop have taken the stress out of the process.

This has been a game changer for us. We have used it for a number of years now and can't imagine going back to the old system. They are very quick to answer any queries too.

Early Years Education Funding is a minefield, this software makes it easy to digitally record and store all the information required from the parents/ carers.

We have been using Funding Loop for several years alongside Famly, and it has transformed the way we manage our early years funding. The system makes the entire process straightforward and efficient, significantly reducing the time needed for data entry and checks. It also helps ensure we maximise the funding we are entitled to, with far fewer errors or delays.

On the rare occasions we’ve needed support, the response has been excellent — quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. For us, Funding Loop represents fantastic value for money and has become an essential part of our termly funding process.

We have been using Funding Loop at our pre-school for four years and can't imagine not having it now. It is easy to use and saves us a lot of time and paper in collating funding forms and in uploading information to our local authority portal. We also find it helpful for forecasting termly income in order to plan our budget. The support is great, very quick to respond if you have a query and open to suggestions for future improvements. We would definitely recommend Funding Loop to other settings.

A total game changer! I could never go back to doing this manually. The time it saves and the accuracy makes it worth every penny! You can also always speak to one of the team who are so helpful!

Yes there is a cost implication but this is honestly recouped several times over in the amount of administration timed saved as well as enhances an organisation's green credential as all digital.

The automated process has been a hit with our families and makes it easy for the parent to complete in a timely manner.

The system is intuitive to use and based on the data imported in (so you must get that correct in the first instance)

The customer service team have always been incredibly helpful and very prompt in dealing with our queries and helping resolve any issues we may have had. They can be relied on to finding solutions for any nuances your organisation may have in their delivery model etc...

Being able to automate the check of the funded codes and automatically send reminders to parents is proving to be a lifesaver.

Unfortunately we are not able to import the details from the digital registration form in Funding Loop directly into our local authorities system (yet) but that is no fault of Funding Loop and those who can use this feature must be very pleased indeed.

If you're currently on the fence, give it a go - your only regret will be not having done it sooner!

Funding Loop has been a fantastic addition to my administration work in an Early Years setting.

It's all very straightforward, and the support is very good. Someone has always got back to me quickly when I have needed any help.

I love that I can just download all the documents needed, making it very easy to save everything for future auditing.

Funding Loop has been a game changer for us.

Anyone involved with privacy notices/parental declarations understands how crucial it is to get these things right. The team has been incredibly helpful and always communicates effectively when assistance is needed. Running EYPP checks is very easy now. Uploading to the portal simplifies the process and provides a double check.

The only challenge I faced was that our management does not export the Funding Loop CSVs, so I had to do it manually, which was quite time-consuming. However, once it was done, everything was fine.

I would recommend Funding Loop to anyone; it's worth every penny.

We’ve been using Funding Loop across our chain of 47 nurseries for a couple of years now, and it has completely transformed the way we manage funding claims.

This system has made the process of ensuring funding forms are completed each term very quick and straight forward. Forms and other uploads are kept electronically making it easy to check yearly funding and providing local authorities with forms in the event of an audit.

The system is very easy to use and navigate and provides instant financial data on termly funding which is useful both for funding estimates and for financial reporting purposes.

The system also uploads information to portals saving hours of manual input and removes the risk of human error when transferring data.

Parents find the system quick and easy to complete and with the majority of the fields on the form already auto-populated with information already held on the management system and completed on previous terms forms.

If you do need help, the Funding Loop support is exceptional and very professional. You can rely on almost instant responses to any queries you might raise.
